Not willing to accept responsibility for errors.
I contacted this company for the first time (November 2021) to have my elderly mother's garden shed repaired which had issues with the flooring and walls. They quoted an overpriced £300 for this fairly straightforward carpentry job, and on top of that also charged for their car parking. I was given assurance by the company admin, Yasir Rafique, that a high standard of work would be done, so we went ahead.
One of the carpenters assured my elderly mother that the job done would be good for at least 2 years.
It is now 1 year on and the flooring is beginning to soak. I contacted them about this (November 2022) but responsibility is now being denied by 'Assad' (apparently says he owns the company but he was very shifty in my conversation with him about responsibility). And the other worker (Mohammed) wanted to again charge to attend (£30 just to show up) and even then wouldn't assure that he would correct this issue without charging yet again.
My advice is that these people are just about milking as much money as possible and you are advised to look elsewhere if you want better guarantees.
