I’m a new customer to your company because of the Outstanding Customer Service provided by Jeffrey R. who handled all my questions with patience and his Vast Weapons/Ammo knowledge. He deserves a raise and any other form of compensation in order to keep him as your customer service associate. I called 5 other companies and I was unhappy with the abrupt and short tempered associates after just asking a few questions. My order was only 428.00 dollars but it will increase over time once I get accustomed to the range. Once again…Jeffrey is a Star Associate…God Bless Him and His Family.

Called again just a few moments later and ordered a couple of Ammo Cans from Jeffrey R. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable…once I find a good associate I stick with them for years! Also…High Marks for Jonathon M. …Good Associate also and very polite. I unfortunately have to be loyal to Jeffrey since his assistance on my first order was Excellent. Jonathon and I conversed a bit about family while transferring me to Jeffrey R. I respect that Jonathon did not jump the sale and take it for his own. That is High Character…whoever hires your associates they are doing a Great Job because today’s form of impersonal sale’s frustrates me completely. Again…Great Company…Awesome Associates!!! Outstanding Marks to HR and the Bosses for running an exceptional company!

I waited till today Sunday January 18th, 2026 to finally post this review because I can happily state I already received my shipment today and I only ordered it on Thursday January 15, 2026. Great timing, free Fed Ex shipping (minus fee for shipping signature for safety reasons) and very discrete shipping packaging and labels! Great Product w/very new merchandise!
Overall, Awesome Experience…I will be a long term customer!

My order of 5000 rounds of cci sv came in with damaged boxes it look like it rolled around in a pickup dusty dirty all brick boxes where damaged and small boxes inside also they said as long as the ammo will fire they cant do anything about it very disappointed. Be careful with this company.................

I had purchased Ammo from several companies in the past, but years had gone by, and the business I usually used was no longer online. I then began my search to find another On-Line Ammo Dealer. After locating a few dealers I preferred Ammoman.com. I noticed the other dealers I looked at criticized other Ammunition Sales. I found that to be a undesirable work ethic, so I decided to contact Ammoman.com. I was looking to purchase two thousand rounds of 9mm FMJ to break-in my new Springfield Kuna. The other dealers were not straight forward, whereas Ammoman showed his price up front, offered free shipping on my 9mm what I purchased, shipped it the same day via Fedex, it travelled across the country arriving in 5 days and all is well. I received my ammo in brass, price was less than other dealers, Ammoman was super courteous, very friendly and the day before, I checked on my shipping and believe I may have spoken to his wife (maybe), who was knowledgeable and very polite. Now the question; will I continue to buy all of my ammo needs from Ammoman.com; Absolutely, Yes!
Bottom Line, I expect Quality Ammo, Shipped as soon as possible, a courteous conversation and a dealer that knows his products that offers his products at competitive prices. I received every aspect I required. My 1,000 rds of 9mm arrived quickly and intact. I have no complaints dealing with Ammoman.com.

A truly wonderful experience. As an avid clay shooter, I’ve had a hard time finding 12ga shells at a reasonable price in my area. I decided to give Ammoman a try and the experience couldn’t have been better. 48 hours after I placed the order online FedEx had two flats at my front door.

The price was great, shipping was fast. Fedex delivered my package to the wrong house. After contacting FedEx, I was told that my package was delivered. I contacted Ammoman and they apologized for the problem. Ammoman immediately reshipped my order. Though my experience was wasn't perfect, Ammoman couldn't have been any better. I will definitely do buisness with them again.

AmmoMan has been an excellent source for me. The prices are more than competitive, the delivery has been fast, and the customer service is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
