Support are very unhelpful

Support are very unhelpful withdrawals sent in euros because they wont use my uk bank details for transfer, instead use iban international transfer. everything seems to be my fault or the banks fault, even with clear documentation sent to them its never amonbet at fault! Had issue with netgame slots not functioning properly, again fault at my end they said, even though I proved other providers games were working correctly. As a VIP player I expect better.

“I am extremely disappointed with Amonbet. After I played and completed the wagering requirements, their support agent explicitly told me, ‘Dear, you have completed the wagering, you may proceed to withdraw.’ I have all transcripts showing this clear confirmation. I withdrew €725 only to have it confiscated later, citing a max bet rule I was never warned about when I ASKED how to proceed the BONUS to support. They said keep playing, although ALL TRANSCRIPTS OF CHAT ARE AVAILABLE. SUPPORT IS MISLEADING PLAYERS
. I feel misled and hope they resolve this fairly.”

Thank you for your response. I understand that rules exist, and my complaint is not about whether bonus terms exist, but about what your support team told me after checking my account.

I contacted support specifically to ask about my wagering status, and your agent confirmed in writing that my wagering was completed and that I could proceed with withdrawal. Only after this confirmation did I request a withdrawal of €725 and complete verification.

After that, my winnings were confiscated for alleged bonus violations that were never mentioned when I ASKED for guidance or when I was told I was eligible to withdraw. I have full chat transcripts showing this confirmation from your support team.

This is why I feel misled, and I am asking for this to be reviewed fairly based on the full chat history, not only the bonus terms.

A lot of hassle just for a bet

So you look at the offer showing £5 upto £60 Free bets. You can only deposit £20 minimum then in the small print you have to put the full amount on one bet £20 to get £30 free bets £30 to get £60. When you deposit it starts as bitcoin then arives some time after.
To withdraw you have to upload passport ID and a recent utility bill. Hassle isn't the word. I like the site set up but not all the crazy hassle. Far easier fun sites out there. If I wanted to be a bit coin dealer I would have done it by now. Thanks but no thanks

Review of AmonBet (experience after 3 days)

I recently created an account with AmonBet, and my first impression was fairly positive: registration was smooth, and I received my first free bet after making a deposit. At first glance, everything seemed fine.

However, there are major concerns:

Verification process: My account verification has already taken over 48 hours. For a new player, this feels excessively long and prevents full access to the platform.

Handling of bets: Two of my bets were marked as “canceled” by AmonBet, even though they were clearly played. Specifically:

A friendly match between Alanyaspor and FC Metaloglobus Bucharest, which has plenty of available information.

A match in India that ended 2-1, but AmonBet refuses to pay out and even set the odds to 1.00.
Being required to provide official sources to prove these outcomes is, in my view, completely unfair and burdensome.

Conclusion: Despite the initial free bet, AmonBet falls short in both account verification and the proper handling of bets. I do not trust this website at all and strongly advise not to play here.

It is a 100% scammer, first they ask for $100, then to check the account they ask for $200, then they ask for $1700 to get to the silver VIP, but withdrawals are not made.

Winning and now being ghosted and withdrawals rejected

A shame I’m having to write this review but my recent experience has been a nightmare. Previously withdrawn funds successfully - albeit it’s a slow process - but came to withdrawal £1,700 the other day and they keep rejecting it. No explanation. No email received as to why and live chat no longer works. Appears I am being ghosted just because I’m winning. Of course, if they can explain themselves and my withdrawal is processed I’ll happily amend my review appropriately but, it appears that if you’re winning, they seem content to blank you and steal your money. As other users have said, communication is generally poor and the IDV process is like pulling teeth. I also previously attempted to close my account and they refused, telling me it would be better if I “took a step back for a few days” then permanently close it. Very strange behaviour.

EDIT:

You’ll see from the response below they said an email was sent to me - I received no such email. So lies. Further, I’ve tried making more withdrawals today and the same outcome - rejected with no explanation. Live chat still not working.

Worst site I have ever used!

On opening my account I deposited £20 but for some reason £40 came out of my bank account.
When I tried to withdraw £20 I wasn't allowed and was told I had to wager all £40 before I could withdraw anything!
Online chat was useless as agent left during conversation and basically told me it was my 'inconvenience!'

Poor value for money

I have spent a lot of money on this site because I read the positive reviews and mistakenly thought it was a trustworthy site - until I tried to withdraw some money (which was only a fraction of the money I paid in). My withdrawal kept on being rejected because they wanted different proof of address - no photographs of docs, only pdfs are acceptable. After speaking to an unhelpful agent I provided these but still my request remained pending and my verification was marked as unacceptable. There are plenty of better sites with games that give better returns and who pay out within 24 hours. Please keep your money for these sites instead.
