I have used AmpleBosom to supply a Empriente that I have previously from another company for 20years and is no longer stocked by them. Relieved to find the relationship with the manufacturer in France has been maintained, and delighted to have received friendly and attentive customer service. The negative reviews are not my experience at all.

Buyer beware!
After a telephone call to AB I recently ordered an expensive bra in the style and size recommended by customer services. Tried it and one side did not sit right, it appeared faulty as fabric puckered and twisted. Side boning also seemed too short. Returned and requested a refund which was denied. I was accused of damaging the bra. An accusation I refuse to accept. Much correspondence ensued with varying explanations from AB. They were obviously not prepared to take my complaint seriously or refer back to the manufacturer insisting I had damaged the garment so they would return it to me. Meantime I purchased identical garment from alternative supplier. It fits perfectly and I have no problem with it. Despite sending photograph depicting the differences between the AB faulty bra and the other one I purchased they dug their heels in and are insistent that I have caused damage. I sought legal advice but due to the size of my claim it appears not to be worthwhile pursuing. Altogether a thoroughly unpleasant and unfair experience. So, buyer beware and learn from my review - be sure to purchase elsewhere.

Truly terrible customer…
Truly terrible customer service....beware if you have to return anything! Initially I received no email notification that my order had been sent out and had to phone to confirm that it had actually been sent. Sadly the bra didn't fit well so I had to return it. Be warned you will have to pay for return postage. I posted the bra back on the 2nd and then called on the 8th as I had not received any confirmation of return. I was told that they were working through returns that day and that it should be processed and refunded later that day. Still no refund by the 14th so called again. Was told that they are still processing returns and that it might be in a pile of 10 still waiting processing in the office. There was no offer to quickly check through the pile, no apology for delay, the person on the call just sounded like they couldn't be bothered and didn't really care that it was taking so long. I can only conclude that they get a lot of calls about the slowness of their returns procedure hence the lacklustre response .
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, helped with fitting questions and answers, the lady I spoke to certainly knew her stuff. Three new bras arrived and fitted better than having had a very expensive trip to R&P in Kensington. Thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely shocking bras and customer service - avoid!
I am 6 weeks post breast surgery and needed to order some supportive bras for when I was allowed to take my surgical bra and bandages off.
Having ordered what I thought were 3 supportive bras, I waited a week for 1 to arrive. 3 weeks on I still haven’t had the other two.
The one that turned up is horrifically uncomfortable and does not support my breasts at all. Cheap flimsy material which itches my scars - not what I was expecting for £30 at all.
I phoned their customer service department today to cancel the two that still haven’t arrived (and I was told they had no idea when they would be dispatched!) and to advise that I’d be returning the one I already have which is useless.
I duly completed the returns slip, went to the post office - and was charged to send it back!!
When I queried this with customer service again just now I was told that I could only have free postage if I’m exchanging it for another one.
Absolutely terrible service! I’ll never order from them again and I am going back to my tried and tested Marks and Spencers where I can get a bra delivered to me within 48 hours and, if it’s no good, free postage to return it!!!
God knows how long I’ll wait for a refund for this one...avoid this company at all costs.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Tried to return two bras as faulty, one that rubbed pink marks into my skin and the other gave no support after wearing for a few hours. Manager was patronizing and suggested I didn't know my own size! I was refused a refund. Not at all impressed as these were expensive bras, cheap ones from Tesco were better!

Missing order??
I had never heard of this company but they advertised a colour of bra that I wanted so I sent my order. The order was acknowledged on 4th July. I waited and waited, payment was taken from my account on 30th July and I was advised that payment was only taken on dispatch of an order! Well, it is now 14th August and I still have no order. What will happen next is anyones guess.

I would never recommend this company to…
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication when orders are late .it takes myself to chase the order.. Overseas stock being bought to fulfil orders. 1-2 day delivery scale is clearly misleading not to mention the unprofessional conduct of who ever it was that called me to basically have it out with me. Not my impression of a worthy company to shop by. Absolute shambles and aggressive staff.
Return on item it NOT free
I ordered two bras in my size and both bras were so small they wouldn't even do up.
I notice on a another comment about sizing issues AmpleBosom advised the customer to order a few sizes to try on, this would make sense if the return of items was free, but it is not.
It has cost me £7 to return two Bras. I u understand that companies sizes may vary, and for this reason return should be free.
Unfortunalty since it isn't free, i won't be ordering again. Thanks

Ordered dressing gown and as I was in no rush I paid for 2nd class postage. It only took 2 days to arrive and the dressing gown is superb. Beautifully soft and of luxurious quality. I am one very happy customer.

Bra-illiant Ordering and Purchase
Great Experience buying from Ample Bosom again today. The Underwear I purchased is excellent quality and the main reason I keep going back to them. However, I find the knowledge of their products from style to sizing is also excellent.
Everyone is very helpful on the phone and I have also used chat to speak to the team. Advice on styles helps get the right fit, sometimes if my size/colour in certain brands is not in stock they have ordered it in specifically . I love this !!! Where else can you get such a vast range of styles and colours ?? The team are great at updating you on how the order is progressing.
Looking forward to my next order. 100% recommend Ample Bosom 😀

What is going on?
I have bought many many bras from amplebosom over the years and the quality of them has been excellent. But the last 2-3 times of ordering have not gone well. Their web site will show the bra of your choice is in stock in the colour and size you require. Place the order then be prepared for a long wait, at some point an email will arrive saying how very sorry they are but one of the bras ordered is not in stock and they have to send to America for it. Good God, for the amount of time I waited, 6-7 weeks they must have walked there and back, I cancelled the 2 differing style bras I had ordered at the same time. On phoning to complain, one gets a pleasant lady spouting the same old guff about the new website which is supposedly being worked on as we speak. Not good enough, this has been going on too long. Sack your website designers or give them the hard word,
you run a very real risk of losing many customers and sales. I would hate to see this happen.PLEASE GET THINGS SORTED, make amplebosom great again!

I purchased some products at the beginning of January. Most arrived very quickly with one pair of briefs on 7-10 delay. After about three weeks these had not arrived so I emailed and received no response. After a month these had still not arrived so I phoned to be told they were on a 7-10 delay again..
I tried to establish how this could be when I had been told a month previously they were on a 7-10 delay. I could not get a definitive answer.. By this time they were on a 28 day delay which, if in the unlikely event the promised time-frames were fmet, would become a 38 day delay.
Ample Bosom are not realistic in their time-frames for stock and their communication is lacking. The lady I spoke to became rather agitated when i pressed her to explain why the 7-10 delay had jumped from early January to early February.
I cancelled the order.

Completley AWFUL
I purchased a dressing gown from this company.
Not knowing the return policy as it is not clear on website regarding consumer law.
The item was returned without the very small paper tag.
I was informed they could not resell the item.
I think they should consult :
1. A customer service company asking for training on how to speak to customers.
2. The LAW as you are legally obliged to give a refund or a credit note.

Great comany to deal with! Being a man and trying to order for my wife isn't the easiest thing to do, but Ample Bosom made this alot easier for what seemed an impossible tasks. Ended up in the good books with the wife, she loved her lingerie set and the size was correct!! Wouldn't have been possible without the service I received - These really are experts at what they do!!

Buyers beware the Measuring Guide and the Customer Alienation Department
I ordered an item from this company last week. The quality of the product and the speed of service were both fantastic. However, I followed their sizing guidelines and the item that arrived was far too big. This is where the problems started. I was disappointed to find that even though I needed to return the product through no fault of my own (had the sizing been correct I was ready to order several more items), I would be responsible for the cost of postage. This in addition to the £3.50 already charged for delivery.
I telephoned customer service and was very bluntly told that the measuring guide was not accurate and should not be relied on. This is not stated on the site at all and in fact the opposite impression is given. The customer services rep was very curt and informed me that I would have to pay the return postage. I was not satisfied with this response and asked to speak to her line manager. The manager, Sally, did call me back promptly but her poor attitude equalled that of her colleague and the insulting comments from Ample Bosom continued.
Such a shame that the appalling attitude of the owners/employees should reflect so badly on an otherwise quality product.

I love this shop! It sells the most gorgeous bras-yes, they are a bit more expensive than those found on the high street, but every bra I've bought from them has been superb quality, beautiful styles and a little bit of luxury. The customer service is second to none-they are very friendly on the phone and my orders all arrived incredibly quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any one. The sales are excellent-genuine price cuts even on some of their high-end styles. One word of warning-once you've bought a bra here, you never want to go back to high street shops!
