There is a reason why grand union customers are angry because this merger with longhurst ISN'T a merger it was a takeover look who is on the board all longhurst.
I was a longhurst customer until i moved here (was grand union). When i was having a mental health crisis due to dealing with anti social behaviour including prostitution and domestic abuse they refused to move me i found a move to a grand union property all happy til they took over my landlord. Despite my partner having mobility issues refusing to move us DESPITE grand union agreeing to moving us to a suitable property.
ALSO notice how the your rents have gone up? yea longhurst/amplius is just a profit machine they really don't care (i am lucky to have an awesome housing officer) but literally if my landlord took back my property and re rented it, it would be for over £700.
Longhurst + amplius are both the same, doesn't give a toss about tenants just cares for the rent.
