I went to amre supply to buy Dryer…

I went to amre supply to buy Dryer parts. I gave dryer model/ serial number to the salesman and i didn’t know what is the parts number and i was looking for high limit switch kit .

Salesman said its my job to go to google and find the part number,
Ok then what the hell is your job????
Dont want to work quit the job there are other people looking for work.
Managment should fire thus guy.

I was desperate for a rare light bulb…

I was desperate for a rare light bulb and ordered it from Amre. The website didn't work properly and so I had to phone in. The sales person was nice and I received my light within 24 hours. In the end I was very pleased but I sure wish they would get their website fixed. Obviously, the company has issues but in the end it worked out for me with no problems.

Misled about shipping

Placed online order for an item morning of 24th because of same day shipping guarantee. No indication of issue during checkout but also no ship confirmation arrived. Called 27th to find out when it might arrive but was told it would not even ship until 29th. Nowhere was it stated that same day shipping didn't apply to the particular day that I placed my order.

Longer term positive experience

I have used Amre supply online several times to order parts for appliances (stove, dryer, dishwasher, garage door, taps and plumbing) over the last 8 plus years.

I have always had good service, and when i was not sure of a part, called for support and was always assisted even when parts were not available, or I needed assistance ensuring it was the correct part.

Contact AMRE to be sure you order the correct part, and you will not be dissapointed. They gladly help you.

The online videos on installing the parts are also very good.

Garbage company

Garbage company, i dont think people should use this company services. I ordered a parts online and charge me $14.99, assuming they should delivery to my front door and end up Post office msg said nobody at home and i need to drive all the way to the post office to pick up that god damit parts. Then i call the call center agent name: ADRIC, i dont know how they can hire a CSR with that bad services. Non stop talking even through i am trying to explain to him what happens. I think Reliable parts services is way better than this garbage company

worst customer service

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had—and I work in the customer service industry, purchasing parts daily.

The representatives were completely unhelpful when it came to finding the part I needed. Worse yet, they were extremely rude and went as far as to humiliate me in front of other customers.

It’s unacceptable for a business to treat its customers this way, especially those who rely on their services regularly. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Completely different part than what I…

Completely different part than what I ordered and can’t even be adapted. I’d give zero stars but the sales person was polite when I ordered. I had it shipped across the country when I could have bought the wrong part down the street. Waste of time and money! I found the enclosed aluminum fridge condenser fan online but they sent me a plastic one that doesn’t fit and can’t be re-wired to fit.

Terrible return policy

On the phone I ordered a circuit board for my dryer. When I received it, it was the wrong board. I thought I was getting the main board but I received the front board. I wanted to exchange it but was told no returns on electrical parts. I was not told this while purchasing it. I did not use the part but they will not help me. I will never buy a part from this company again. I am out $315 with a broke down dryer.

Unforgivable that this company would…

Unforgivable that this company would close for inventory on the coldest day of the year, they claim that the online store is open but it is useless and they don’t care if you get the wrong part, more business for them. I think this company is run by saddist, entitled jerks who don’t give a rats ass about the people who have put them where they are. Never trust them, don’t use this company, drive them out of business. Like they couldn’t have rescheduled their inventory count or had just a couple people there to help customers! No! On the absolute coldest day ever in Edmonton they CLOSE their doors and phones. Totally unforgivable and going to cost me my house as everything freezes. How is that responsible business? You don’t deserve to even have a store.

Help..

Found the same part elsewhere for a third of the price. As I approached the cashier and heard the amount I was baffled the price on the shelf said 29 and she said it was a mistake and prices changed. I believe this store takes advantage of the elderly and totally overpriced and a scam as other reviews have been stated by customers. I will never shop in your store again and hopefully people know what kind of rip off business u are running

misleading & unethical business

literally lies to your face about their policy after purchase. They stated if you open the package, as long as you didn't install/plug in the part, then they will take back the returns. After realizing the part that was bought wasn't correct, I was told I wasn't able to return it because it was opened. Waste of time and money at AMRE supply

Don't use this company

I will give this company minus star rating if its possible. Don't use this company. They don't have business' ethics neither common sense. And on top of it they blame that its because of this and that. Doesn't have the courage to admit their fault.
I placed the order on April 06, 2023 which was suppose to be delivered by April 14,2023. When I contacted them on April 17,2023 I was told that this item was out of stock at the time of placing the order and that they have no ETA. We can give you full refund. Why the hell on the earth did they took the order if it was not in stock, whereas the order email shows IN STOCK.
And on top of it if they knew that its out of stock and there is no ETA, they should have informed the customer there and then rather than sitting on it.
Will never use such garbage company.
