A huge thank you to Rob who is a wealth of knowledge and always takes the time to help on the phone with product recommendations, expert guidance and care. The 'alternative' and holistic health space can be overwhelming - so much information to 'digest' and explore; Rob listens to what could be going on beneath symptoms and has helped me solve a chronic infection and, more recently, advised products for my mum's COPD diagnosis.
