I was quoted £77 pounds for oil when I rang which was also the internet price,I made a 30 mile trip to pick the oil up when I got to the shop it was £85.I have bought several bikes of AMS it’s not the way to treat customers.

Bought a used 2023 bike from here. Purchase was quick and straightforward, though it would have been nice to have the option for a test ride.
2 months later there was an issue with the starter motor which they sorted quickly.
James was super helpful on the phone.

I disliked just about everything, I rang the company to see if they could diagnose/ carry out repairs needed on my Yamaha MT125 , 2022 model. Fault being battery going flat after 3/4 days with no use. But because it has 3rd party warranty, not Yamaha, they said no we don't deal with 3rd party warranty companies. So now it sits in my yard , no use and with a cover on . Farce.

Purchased a 6 month old 2024 KTM 250EXCF with just over 20 hours on it. Trusted the Sales guy James when he advised over the phone the bikes condition was "as new, with only 20 odd hours". The bike arrived with scratched plastics, scratched wheels, scratched engine covers, after market parts fitted, it was dirty, no proof of any form of servicing, none of the road going parts and looked 4 years old. Emailed AMS and was advised, you saw the photo on Whattsapp now its your problem, tried to speak to a sales manager and was told on the phone "Im not telling you and to do my own research on the internet and try and find his name and contact details ? Very bad service, no after sales care, would avoid buying anything from them ever again, avoid and save yourself the hassle, I wish I had.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, even after delivery has been made. Made the whole process of buying so easy and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was ready for us. A big thanks to James for all of his help and patience.

Just purchased a new KTM 790 from AMS and the transaction was extremely professional from the initial deposit to the delivery
James and the team ensured a smooth transaction considering the purchase was made on line
The bike was delivered on time and the bike on handover was as it should be on a brand new bike

I can completely recommend AMS for their first class service. Greg made buying the new bike trouble free; courteous, patient and informative. Paddy delivered the bike on time and explained all I needed to know. Service as it should be. The bike, a Husqvarna Svartpilen is a dream on two wheels! Agile lightweight with plenty of power and all the gizmos.

I bought an Husqvarna Norden 901 through AMS in 2022. Since that time I have found the staff at AMS to be helpful and courteous. They have dealt swiftly with a couple of minor issues that I have experienced with the bike and foc.

Needed some KTM spares and called AMS. Arran went above and beyond to source what I needed and couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. Many thanks

Rude , arrogant ,obnoxious. Been asked to provide more details. I went into ams Tewksbury with the option of purchasing a new Ktm sxf 250 I was told not to touch the bikes and that I couldn’t sit on one. From there eyes were following me around the shop like I was some kind of thief. Felt extremely uncomfortable and got the feeling I was being judged. Took my business elsewhere and got a much better experience at redline Ktm.

Purchased a brand new unregistered 2022 model (prefer the black subframe) 1290 Super Adventure S from Greg and the team in Sept 23. £3000 off list price and Tech pack and heated grips also supplied well under the RRP price plus 4 year promotional warranty offer at the time. Upon delivery noticed one KTM emblem peeling at the edge. Picture supplied and they sent a new set immediately. Nothing but 5* service received

unfortunately I’m still struggling to understand that’s you believe the previous owners serviced it regularly, but have offered no physical evidence to prove this was the case, The first major service was never registered with KTM fact!
I have physical evidence of my regular servicing intervals.I own 701 and 901 both regularly serviced by main KTM dealership and I am member of a highly regarded bike club the WVAM the iAM and I can assure my view still remains the same regarding this matter and for you to have the audacity to opening call me a liar when I have all the receipts. Owners of Gordon Farleys motorcycle shop validation of servicing parts required!
I paid approximately £7,450 it’s now scrap!

Dealt with James via email, made the process simple, agreed the deal,sorted the extra item to be fitted and delivered on the date and time provided, smooth transaction, and what a bike !

I recently bought a new KTM 890 Duke R from AMS Motorcycles part exchanging my previous motorbike and I am very happy with the whole process.

I enquired about the KTM and James came back very promptly with all the details. I sent off the necessary information for my part exchange and a delivery date for the swap was arranged (James did his absolute best to work with me and accommodate me with the delivery date which was really appreciated).

Stuart dropped off the new bike and picked up the old one without any issues or fuss. I had asked James if the pillion pegs, grab handle and pillion seat could be pre-installed and this was indeed done (it's the small details that sometimes can be missed which makes a difference to the buying experience).

James and Stuart are extremely professional and made the whole buying process as smooth as can be.

I have since put 1300 miles on the KTM with no issues at all (touch wood) and I would highly recommend buying from AMS Motorcycles. Both James and Stuart are a credit to the company!

The whole process of buying a bike from AMS was efficient, quick and a real pleasure.

I decided to buy a KTM bike after having completed much research on the model I needed and emailed my request for a test ride which was accommodated at no cost to me whatsoever.

On entry to AMS I was greeted by James, and was immediately offered a seat and discussed the bike. We then went outside where I was shown around the bike and it was started up for me. I was shown all the controls and the quickshifter function explained in full.

I then proceeded on my lengthy run which took over an hour in the end. I did not need to put fuel in the bike and no apparent limitation was implied. The bike was so good I pretty much decided to purchase.

On returning to AMS, James and I discussed prices which we previously emailed and agreed the deal, the extra finance was set up in minutes, I was offered a drink and then we discussed delivery.

The whole process was slick, caring and efficient. TOP MARKS to James.

A week later I took delivery of the bike and a really helpful and friendly Stu dropped the bike off, explained the controls and the bike to me and then took my P/X.

I really cannot fault AMS from start to finish and have to say I am that impressed at the service I received. As a main dealer for KTM I will be returning often to support them in this uncertain time.
