Quality of product great
Quality of product great. Does exactly what we needed and has changed our lives.
Fitter Hayden helpful and professional in fitting stairlift into very tight space with 10mm clearance in places!
Cannot give 5 stars though as original salesman’s timing for installation of 4 - 6 weeks stretched to nearly 14 weeks including several last minute cancellations.

Reasonable price and excellent service
Kirsty arrived at stated time,assembled and fitted stairlft, worked perfectly and she was cheerful and went through all the details about the chair, 2 year warranty what more could you ask for

Good customer service
Needed an urgent repair to a stairlift and AM Stairlifts stepped up to the challenge. They had an engineer working on a job a mile away. Engines was very friendly & efficient and solved the problem very quickly. Very impressed. Thank you for your great service.

Excellent service, pricing and turn around, i would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or acquaintances either as my experience was excellent as was their service!
After pricing up the various Stairlift companies, I contacted this one for an initial visit for measuring and a quotation. I was very pleasantly surprised at the price I was quoted and also the turn round time for fitting as most had told me 7-14 days but they informed me they could fit my chosen Stairlift the next day as they carry them in stock!
Because of this I went for it and next day, as promised, it was delivered, fitted and running within 3 hours at the price quoted. Andy who fitted it did a very neat job making very little mess which he also hoovered up. Service with a smile
I have already passed on their details to a friend who has also had them fit a stairlift for their elderly father and were very grateful that I gave them the contact details. They have since told me they would also have no hesitation in recommending the company if anyone asks them who fitted their Stairlift! I was only too glad to help out but was relieved that my experience wasn’t a one off event which has made me more confident in recommending them in the future to other friends and acquaintances!

You could not wish to deal with a more honest , helpful and genuine firm than this . excellent prices and fantastic response should anything go wrong or you need a little advice after your purchase . would recommend this firm 100% to anyone looking to purchase a stairlift .
