Before I start my review, I just have to say that these guys went above and beyond with their customer service, they were so friendly and they made me feel very welcome, before, during and after the purchase they were still consistently friendly and helpful and I couldn't have done it without the help of the guys at Amsterdamstay.

I booked an apartment for a short stay, just a weekend infact and I asked support for a few suggestions and they were extremely helpful in finding me a place. When I arrived, there was a little file with some tips about restaurants and entertainment around the area, it was so nice! The lady who gave me the keys was very friendly too and made me feel welcome. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and over all I loved it! There was only one little problem which was the lack of toiletries in the bathroom but other than that it was perfect, so I give it a four out of five! I'd put 4.9 if I could though!

So I recently went on a trip with some friends and we all chipped in to use AmsterdamStay after seeing such great reviews about them. We didn't quite know what sort of apartment would be good seeing as there was four of us so we decided to ask their support and they were extremely friendly and gave us amazing details which led us to chose our apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by an extremely friendly guide who showed us around the apartment and told us some of the nearest tourist attractions. The apartment was lovely too, two of us shared a room and everyone else had their own, the kitchen was extremely polished and it was as clean as a whistle! All appliances worked well and there was a great TV in the living room.

Over all, we all very much enjoyed our apartment thanks to AmsterdamStay.

Our apartment keeper was the kindest lady you'd ever meet ever and she gave us all the tips and tricks for great places to visit whilst we stayed. Also the apartment was beautifully kept and everything went amazing.

I stayed in Amsterdam recently with a few of my buddies and this site looked like the best option to use so we decided to go with it. The place was brilliant and we just loved it! It was the perfect place for us and I don't regret it one bit.

The customer service was satisfactory and we were greated by a friendly lady when we arrived who gave us the keys and we were given tips for where to go to get certain things, over all it was a brilliant stay and I highly recommend amsterdamstay to anyone who needs an apartment to stay in over in Amsterdam.

I decided to chose Amsterdamstay because of how easy it looks to use on the website. It was a very user friendly experience and I enjoyed my time there. The people over at Amsterdam stay were lovely.

When we arrived, everything was neat, it could of done with a bit of dusting but I'm sure they did their absolute best and it was clean enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Amsterdam thanks to Amsterdamstay and I don't think any other company could have done a better job than they did. I stayed in Amsterdam for a Christmas vacation and I couldn't have had a better time. I had a very comfortable experience with the company, Amsterdamstay. The customer service was very responsive and professional and they were extremely friendly to me, like some companies force friendliness but this was very natural and they were extremely kind to me! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and very friendly, which frankly made the whole experience a lot lot better. Also the apartment, wow the apartment was so clean and tidy, it was just perfect to stay in. The whole trip was so organised thanks to them. I'm definitely gonna recommend this to everyone I know and will be using this again if I can.

I stayed in one of amsterdamstay's apartments with some work colleagues for a short business trip recently and it had all we needed. It was open, clean and comfortable. We were able to get our business done and relax when we could in the apartment. Everything was perfect, I contacted the guy prior and he was extremely friendly when giving me the details on the apartment and how the system works, he gave us his number too in case we had any questions, an extremely friendly guy! He even went out of his way to tell us about some nearby bars and restaurants for us to eat at. I loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone else, business or pleasure!

Amsterdamstay.com provided one of the best holiday experiences I've had to date, it was a very professional service and I have extremely good things to say about them. There were a few knots but that was partly my fault, they solved the error very fast and got me back on board so they are worthy of 4 stars, so close to 5 though. It was truly amazing however, the apartment was lovely and clean and there was a great scenery surrounding it, absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely recommend amsterdamstay to a friend or colleague if they ever visit. The thing I really loved about the experience was how friendly our apartment keeper was and how friendly the customer service was, that's what really made this trip amazing. I had a very professional experience with the service provided by amsterdamstay on my recent trip! I absolutely loved the apartment I would so love to go back and stay again. We had a lovely key holder and they were just so friendly they made the experience 10x better! Everything was just great and I'm so glad because unorganized holidays are always bad however everything amsterdamstay did and helped with took a huge weight off my shoulder. I couldn't be happier with everything, the apartment was just so beautiful and clean. Please take me back!

I'm so glad we used amsterdamstay for our trip I was fully informed of all details via email and emailed the key holder (esther) of the apartment and she responded instantly with a little more information , met me on time and helped with everything the apartment was perfect as was the price friendly for smokers and same sex groups we stayed on the bloemstracht with a canal view . We will use amsterdamstay again without doubt

We visit Holland at least twice a year. It's one of our favorite places to spend our holiday. For the past two years, we've been staying at the Amsterdam Stay Apt right by the Flower Market. It has a great location, full amenities, wifi (and even a printer which is perfect when we printed our e-tickets to the museums and our boarding passes). But the best part of the holiday was the delightful and bubbly Nancy. She was helpful, sweet and professional. We will most definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Flowermarket apartment, the host Davide was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was as described and clean, it also had all the necessary requirements including wifi. When back will stay here again. (great for smokers also)

The apartment was clean, well maintained and exactly as shown in the pics and description.

Our location was perfect as we were very close to the center, but we where able to enjoy some quite time, if desired.

Over all. It was a WONDERFUL experience, and we couldn't have been happier in any other place.

I stayed in a beautiful apartment in a beautiful Amsterdam neighborhood. The host was professional, welcoming and on time to greet me upon arrival and departure. Asterdamstay.com answered all questions and addressed my concerns quickly via email.

Booking via Amsterdaystay was very smooth and easy. Their online chat also makes getting information very quick and simple. Responses to email were very quick too.

The apartment itself was awesome! The perfect location (minutes walking distance to most things). Lots of space for the 6 of us and very clean. All in all, no faults and would highly recommend.

We stayed in "The Dream House" in Amsterdam for 2 days. It's a lovely apartment in a quiet area and is highly recommended!

The crew at Amsterdam Escape goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. I have only stayed at Coke, but I suspect that all their apartments are comfortable. Mo takes great care of me while I'm there. I wish I could visit more often. An apartment is so much better than a hotel; I will never go back to a hotel.
