The chat feature on their website is super convenient; they respond quickly, answer all your questions, and are always very polite. Because of that alone, I love ordering from them. Great prices and a great CEO
Great prices and a Owner that stands by his words. There were issues with the pickup by UPS and the CEO wl involved himself, being very clear about the situation and provided updates all the time. After having some trouble with UPS myself I got a response within 20 minutes from the CEOn himself talking care about everything. Everything was delivered as promised.
