AMT Coffee at Hammersmith Hospital is WORST COFFEE CHAIN ON THE PLANET!!!!

AMT Coffee at Hammersmith Hospital is officially the most worst coffee chain on the face of the planet. Today (Friday 21st November 2025), I asked for a cup of hot chocolate. Instead, I was served a cup of ice cubes which was not what I had asked for. It was freezing cold today and I have no heating + no hot water at home. Why the hell would I want a cup of ice cubes???? I am sick and tired of very stupid people who can't understand plain English. How difficult is it to understand a request for some hot chocolate?????

The other day (camnot recall exactly when), I purchased a couple of four cheese and onion toasties which are so very delicious when served very hot. Instead, I was served them stone cold.

I am never ever buying anything from AMT Coffee ever again. No-one at AMT Coffee seems to care about customer service one bit at all.
