Poor customer service on handling returns that don't fit properly. Don't order unless you want to waste your money.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. How do Australia authorities let these scammers keep operating and scamming Australia consumers. The poorest quality dress I have ever seen in my life and we paid $192 for it!!!

Ordered a dress for $191 and they set a different dress than what was ordered. The fabric was cheap nylon and stitches and thread all coming off it. I wanted to return the item and get a refund. They flat out refused saying they will ship the original dress that I ordered 3 months later no dress has been sent. DO NOT BUY, this is a scam

Awful quality... paid £122 for a dress that when arrived looked like the cheapest dress you'd get from TEMU/Shein.
Online the pictures made it look like Club L or House of CB quality, hence me paying the £122... I was sooo wrong.
Asked to cancel order before item left the warehouse... They wouldn't (because they know they're a scam).
Item came and to say it was of poor quality would be an understatement. The dress was of the worst material, see through, the stitching looked like a blind person made it. I wouldn't even pay £1 for it....
The fact they're charging such high prices for low quality goods is a complete SCAM.
Stay away from this company.
I have advised my bank and I would recommend everyone do the same if they don't receive a refund.

To write a review for this company is an absolute waste of my time however everyone should know not to purchase anything from them. All I wanted was a size change at my expense but they wouldn’t do it.

I wish there was an option to give no stars! This company is a complete SCAM! The clothing look nothing like what they are advertising online. They are very cheaply made. Their site falsely stated that they are out of NYC but the clothes actual came from China. Not to mention, they are priced in the high $100’s for poor quality clothing that you can get from Temu for $7. They do not allow refunds or exchanges. I am filing a dispute against them.

This online clothing retailer should be banned from selling clothing. I purchased a $156 dress, the worse purchase I have ever made. The dress was MADE WITH THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL AND WAS CHEAPLY MADE. The dress looks like I bought it from a FLEA MARKET. No receipt or description of item in cheap plastic bag. This online store should not be allowed to sell or advertise on any social media site. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!!!!

This company is a huge scam and such a ripoff. Their clothing is NOTHING like the photos and is cheaply made from China. They don’t offer refunds at all. And blocked me on instagram when I tried to warn women liking and commenting on their posts. Do NOT buy.

Do not buy from this website . They post one thing and send you something straight from china. Bad fabric. No return or exchange policy. Their material is worse than SHEIN but priced unbelievably High .

Similar experience to others. Product looks high end on website yet arrives in an amazon like plastic bag as if from a low end supplier. Quality is abysmal - paid $100 for a top that's absolute garbage. Didn't for a second think that they would have a no refund policy. Complete scam.

Just received Monaco dress. It is a joke. Size is wrong. Colour is nothing like advertise. Basically is completely different dress and the quality is shocking. For £127 is a joke with no refound as well. Scam.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a scam! They do not allowed returns because they know how poor of a quality their products are! I was unable to get my money back after a dispute because of their policy! After contacting my bank the threaten me to call off the charge and they will help! Please do not ever shop there! SHEIN is way better than them.

They are scammers. I bought an Expensive dress bad quality, broken material and seen it in SHEIN for 23 dollars same dress. I have proof. I have emailed them multiples times. Send them the pictures and video and they disappear and never to returned my emails. Don’t buy from this store.No customer service land the package came directly from china.

TERRIBLE!!!! absolute garbage that is shipped straight from China n it’s original AliExpress packaging. Very clever people with slick web design and nice photos make this website look legit but it is anything but! The dress I received is an absolute joke and is not even long enough to be a dress.

I've had orders not delivered and there is no customer service representative to speak with. This is my third terrible experience after being promised issues were resolved. Not a great business.

Bad bad bad customer service. I had a faulty product gave them all the proof they wanted and only gave me small store credit. No no no!

Negative stars if possible. Just wasted an hour trying to place an order w/ AMUSE weed delivery. What a waste of time and what worthless customer service. STAY FAR AWAY!!! YOU WERE WARNED!!! I have an account but it stopped working and NO ONE will help or even f**king cares at this place. Plenty of places deliver weed and I am going to one where I dont have to deal with endless BuLLs**T!

Repeat customer here. I've spent a good amount of money over time on this service but was treated like trash. Unfortunately, I'm closing my account due to my first and only interaction with their customer support. I referred a friend with my referral code and the referral wasn't honored (read the fine print, they apparently make the referral process deceptively tricky, just following the generated URL DOESN'T WORK even though it applies the discount to the referred person. They APPARENTLY ALSO have to manually type in the code at checkout even though checkout shows the code already applied..?!).

Oh and as a side note? Even though they don't honor the referral, they have had no problem SHARING the referred customer's personally identifiable account information with me via screenshots of their account. Shady! Your personal info is NOT safe like you may assume.

My interaction with support consisted of them regurgitating the same pre-written macro response three times alongside screenshots of the other customer's account information. To top it off they end with "let me know if you want to delete your account. And be sure to check out our daily deals!" LOL

I don't do business with companies that nickel and dime their repeat customers. Really such a shame.

This problem has happened to me 3 times before, and my issue was resolved very quickly each time. I can share screenshots of all of them. However, only the person named Adriana is not helpful at all and continues to keep customer satisfaction at the lowest level.
