Anand Sir completely changed my daughter’s confidence in IB Maths

I normally don’t write reviews for products or services, but I genuinely felt I should write this one because other parents should know about Anand Sir and benefit from his teaching.

The best thing about Anand Sir is that this is not an agency where you get assigned to different tutors. He personally teaches his students and takes only a limited number of students from different countries. Because of that, getting a slot with him is not always easy. In our case, I had to wait almost 2.5 months before we could finally fix regular classes for my daughter.

One thing I really respect is that if he does not have enough time for a new student, he simply does not accept them. But once he accepts a student, he stays committed and teaches them properly until the exam.

When my daughter started with him, we had hardly 5 months left before her IBDP Maths exam. She was usually scoring around 2 or 3 out of 7, and I honestly had very little hope that she would even pass comfortably.

Anand Sir completely changed the situation.

He understood where she was struggling, focused on the important areas, worked on her basics, exam technique and confidence, and gradually her performance improved. In the final IBDP Maths result, she scored 6 out of 7. For us, that was something we never expected when we started.

Another major difference was the Maths IA. Anand Sir strongly advised her to approach the IA in a particular way and guided her on how to improve it. That turned out to be a real game changer and helped her overall result a lot.

He is strict when required, but at the same time he genuinely cares about the student's progress. You can clearly see that he is not trying to take as many students as possible; he prefers to work properly with the students he accepts.

I am extremely thankful to Anand Sir for what he did for my daughter. Going from worrying whether she would pass to seeing her score 6/7 in IBDP Maths was a huge moment for us.

Thank you, Anand Sir. I would definitely recommend him to parents looking for serious and genuine support for IB Maths.
