Goods arrived in Italy in just over a week. All products correspond to the order placed. Nothing to complain about.

Have been buying from this company for a while now when I am looking for training gear 1st place I go to, good gear at good prices.

Worst Service ever, it took a month for them to get back to me through email and didnt even answer the questions I asked. I orderd shorts a month ago and still have not recieved them. Order from somewhere else.

After initial issues placing the order due to their own discount codes not working, I received a email advising me my order had been despatched.
Three days later I received a email stating there was a delay in despatching my order as they had no stock of the item. (Despite them allowing you to order it and take your money with the option of paying extra for 48 hour delivery)
They gave me a £5 discount code which I have no confidence will actually work, to use off my next order, which will happen never.
I have no idea how this company is still trading.

Delivery was meant to be 3-5 days, it’s now been 9 days, received only one reply via email on Tuesday saying I should have it by now and asking to confirm if my details are correct - which they are... it’s now Thursday and I i have no reply from them despite me sending various emails asking for an update/explanation. Been ringing up for 3 days and nobody has ever answered the phone at all any of the times. What a joke of a company

I made my first order in Black friday.
After two weeks i got my delivery but i was missing one stringer.
they said that they was sorry and i choose different one.they told me my order was dispached at 9th of December. I still didnt got my stuff and they are not willing to find out where is my stuff?they do nothing for help. Its impossible to take 3weeks to send my order from England to Denmark. i didnt heart from them since and they do not care.Worst company ever!
