Nobody picks up the phone on 3 different numbers during a normal work day. Only whatsapp chat is active. But still, they accept only advance payment for purchase, no cash/card on delivery. Looks like a scam.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We strive to provide the best service possible and sometimes our sales executives may be occupied assisting other customers. Rest assured, they do make an effort to return calls promptly.
Regarding the advance payment policy, this is mainly due to logistical reasons, especially for oversized products where our freight agent doesn't accept cash on delivery. We make this policy clear on our website well in advance to avoid any confusion. Additionally, customers are welcome to visit our store to make payments if they prefer. We value transparency and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Deliver water tank without lid
Deliver water tank without lid, then charge separately for lid which cannot be closed and it’s underground water tank, mean bugs and other insects can enter the tank which water is used for cooking!
Big disappointment and not recommend to anyone 👎🏻

Dear Mladen,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent purchase. We would like to clarify that the tank was delivered with a lid, which was unfortunately lost on your end. You had agreed to purchase a spare lid if available, and although we typically do not stock spare lids, we made special arrangements to provide one at a cost. We also ensured to replace the spare lid when it was found to be dirty.
We are committed to resolving issues to the best of our ability and hope this experience has met your expectations. We value your feedback and hope to regain your trust in the future.
Best regards,
