Annual service went without a hitch

Evvevryone was helpful and approachable. Vernon in particular made the process comfortable by providing honest advice and clear explanations. Everything felt well organised. Communication was smooth, and responses came quickly when needed. It all ran as expected without issues.

Satisfied customer

Really disappointing and upsetting…

Really disappointing and upsetting experience at Ancaster Nissan Eltham.

I booked my Motability vehicle in advance for a service and was told at the time that a courtesy car would be provided. I was specifically advised to bring my driving licence and that a like-for-like vehicle would be available, as I cannot be without transport.

When I arrived, there was already a delay before being seen. When I was eventually assisted, I explained again that I had been told a Motability courtesy car would be provided.

The advisor took my driving licence and went into a back office without asking me any questions. As a transgender woman, my legal documents are still in my former name, which I would have happily explained if I had been asked first.

Instead, my licence was taken away and shown to a colleague, who appeared to laugh. When the advisor returned, he pointed out that the booking said “Mr”, and I explained that I am transgender and that I would have clarified that if I had simply been asked before my personal information was taken and discussed in the back.

At that point, the tone of the whole interaction had already been set. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I was then told that no courtesy car was available because one had not been returned. This is not acceptable when it was clearly agreed in advance, especially as a Motability customer who relies on a vehicle day to day.

I was left without transport despite what I had been told when booking, and the overall handling of the situation was poor.

It’s a real shame, because when I originally ordered my Motability car from this branch, I was treated with respect and understanding regarding my gender identity. I did not feel judged or made uncomfortable.

Today’s experience was completely different and left me feeling upset and let down.

I hope this is taken seriously and that lessons are learned so that all customers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of whether they are transgender or not.

Unfair Pricing and Discriminatory Treatment at Nissan Eltham

I recently visited Nissan Eltham intending to purchase a brand new Nissan Qashqai. I was ready to proceed with the deal, had the deposit prepared, and selected the same extras as another customer who happened to be in the showroom at the same time.

During conversation with this customer, we realised we were both purchasing the exact same car, with the same deposit and the same optional extras. However, they were being given a £1,700 additional discount on top of the finance deposit contribution, while I was offered only £500.

When I questioned this obvious discrepancy, the manager, Richard, attempted to justify it by saying the other person was a “loyal customer.” This explanation made absolutely no sense, as I am also an existing customer, which should mean loyalty works both ways.

It left me feeling like the pricing was completely arbitrary and that customers are not treated fairly or equally. Two people standing in the same showroom, buying the same vehicle, with the same financial circumstances, should not be offered wildly different deals without transparent justification.

The experience felt extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, misleading. If this is how Nissan Eltham conducts business, customers should be very cautious and make sure they compare deals carefully before committing.

I walked away feeling like the process lacked transparency and fairness, which is disappointing when you’re ready to spend a significant amount of money on a brand-new vehicle.

Ancaster not so great

Sales at Ancaster are great. Shame about their after sales service.

Spent all day emailing and phoning regarding a courtesy car, as Ancaster Eltham have it. Still no reply on this. Managers are in meetings. It’s a shame they don’t give as much support when something goes wrong

This was my first visit to Ancaster…

This was my first visit to Ancaster Nissan Eltham, and I have to say the service was absolutely brilliant. Salman Asghar was incredibly helpful and took us through the process of getting a car with such patience and clarity. He answered all our questions thoroughly, which made a huge difference for my wife, who is autistic. She felt completely at ease and understood everything perfectly. We both left feeling confident and happy with the experience, and she even said she'd be happy to return in the future! I would absolutely recommend Salman and Ancaster to anyone looking for a smooth, professional car-buying experience. Five stars from us!

Highly Recommend – Fantastic Experience at Ancaster Nissan, Elthnam

I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Ancaster Nissan and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, Martin assisted us throughout the entire process. He gave his full attention to all our queries and took the time to clearly explain everything in detail. Martin kept us updated regularly and made sure we were informed every step of the way until our car was ready for delivery. He truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We also found the dealership to be very customer-focused. Everyone there was welcoming, friendly, and supportive, which made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.

I am genuinely happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Ancaster Nissan at Eltham to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
