Horrible experience

Made appointment 2 months ahead of time. Went in for a simple repair. I had a new part that I had purchased myself online because when I made the appointment the guy told me he might have to order it. I show up, and he tells me he does not do ANY work with customer supplied parts. He was very arrogant and rude. I asked him how much it would be if he supplied the part and he would not give me a straight answer. He then said I could basically write him a blank check, or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else (without an appointment) and they happily got me in the same day and completed the repair for a very reasonable price. This was my second bad experience with this guy (Mike) I gave him a 2nd chance, but I will not be back again.
