I bought a Preloved jumper that needed repair and an extremely helpful staff member(Bertie) went to great trouble to source wool to match my purchase. Very impressed all round

Very Poor Quality For The Price

I bought 2 of the short sleeved geelong lambs wool sweaters in different colours. I love the cut and styling but after only a few wears they have bobbled very badly and I am extremely disappointed. They have not been washed. For the price of the items they are definitely not worth the money, very far from the quality I expected. If &Daughter really believe in their products they should have the facility to leave reviews on the website, if they did I might not have wasted my money.

Avoid this company at all costs - they do not follow the distance selling regulations

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only do they charge you £5 processing fee just to receive back a return and process the refund but they try to trick customers by not refunding the outgoing postage on a full refund. Everyone and retailers more than the general public know that the rules in the UK clearly state that when you are returning an order in full within the time limit, you are entitled also to a refund of the outgoing postage you paid. I have experienced several retailers who try to pull a trick on unsuspecting customers by not refunding the postage and this company and-daughter is one of them. I am shocked because I know they know the regulations and they are knowingly breaking them! I advised this company that they must refund me the outgoing postage within the next 24 hours otherwise I will report them.

Unless you can buy in store, avoid this company.

I'm sure this company's product are beautiful - all the reviews say so.
Unfortunately, the company is a shambles. I ordered an item weeks in advance of Christmas. The company failed to ship it despite a £8 delivery fee. They didn't reply to emails for days. Eventually when they did reply, they blamed everyone but themselves - the weather (which was irrelevant - I checked and they were not snowed in), Royal Mail strikes (even though the item was due to be sent by courier!).
After they belatedly made contact, they promised to dispatch it in time for Christmas (though not immediately - no one works over the weekend, even before Christmas!). They then failed to dispatch on the Monday and subsequently missed the final date for pre-Christmas collections.
Unless you can buy in store, avoid this company.
