I had a problem with both my internet…

I had a problem with both my internet line and my old router. They reacted fast and solved all my issues. Support was very professional.

Horrible customer service

First and foremost, even though they offer a "speed warranty", the actual speed never, ever surpassed half of what I've been paying for more than 2 years.
They issue and post paper bills literally 4 days before they set the payment due date and charge 100 kr. (the maximum the law allows them to) for every 10 days you go due.
Their phone support is slow and expect long queues regardless on which day you reach them; sometimes they don't have any agents, even within their normal working hours.
And when they do pick it up, expect to be yelled at and treated with no respect

Even though you have changed the headline and a few paragraphs in your review, it doesn’t change our perception of the matter: The bottom line is that you must follow the rules like everyone else, you must pay your bills like everyone else, and we find it odd that you turn to Trustpilot when our message doesn’t seem to suit you well.

Now, engaging in a further dialogue on Trustpilot is not very constructive, yet we must address one of your claims specifically: “… expect to be yelled at and treated with no respect”. That’s simply not true, and your attempt to generalize is not very sympathetic.

You have to pay your bills! This might be unfortunate news to you, but it is as simple as that.

At Andels.net we treat all of our customers equally. Same rules apply to all, which means that everyone has to pay their bills. Of course, one could add. This is the law and also part of our terms and conditions.

So when you refuse to pay your bills and then turn to Trustpilot with your frustrations bawling us out, we find this extremely biased and highly misleading.

To elaborate on that:
You called us in October of 2018 because you paid a bill too late and had a feeling that we where to blame for the late fee, which is issued to all who do not pay their bills. As a service we explained how the billing works and we credited your late fee.

Today you called us and stated that you refused to pay the late fee, which you received because you paid your bill 28 days over due.

So, regarding what you are angry about now, and what we expect to be the real reason for this misleading and exploitative review: You have to pay your bills!! If you wait 28 days before paying, you will recieve a late fee - that is just the way it is.

Even if you do not receive a bill, you still have to pay.

When you initiated your subscription at Andels.net, you agreed to our terms and conditions, which also states that you have to pay your bills. Even today we deliver our internet to you, but you on the other hand do not live up to your part of the agreement.

Furthermore, you say your actual internet speed never surpassed half of what you are paying for.

This is simply not true!

We deliver 240Mbit/240Mbit to your wallsocket and if you use a cable (not WiFi), this is the speed you will experience, this is what we guarantee. There are many reasons why we can not guarantee wireless speeds, one of which being the material used in the walls of your apartment. In your case it is reinforced concrete, which acts as a Faraday cage and makes it extremely hard to transmit wireless signals from one room to another. Ref: https://eyesaas.com/wifi-signal-loss/
Since you have never contacted us regarding internet speeds or WiFi issues, we have never had an opportunity to help you. This we will always do, and we will spend as much time as it takes to do what is within our means to assist. In that sense we do offer unlimited customer support.
In short, if you do not contact us, we can not help you.

Also, in your feedback you say we have a ‘great choice of router’, which is not consistent with the poor experience you are describing.

On a general note, it seems strange that you never mentioned this, before we refused to credit you for paying WAY too late. After you demanded it and refused to pay, saying our bills came late and then after receiving a message that you did not like … then you go to Trustpilot and Google to state that our business is poorly managed and our customer service is mediocre. This is simpley not true and shows that this review is merely a rant from you, and you know you are wrong.
Just because you don’t like the message (about the fact that you have to pay your bills on time) it doesn’t mean that the message is untrue.

This company truly cares about customer happiness

I contacted andels.net recently about problems with our HD channels. I couldn't find any support contact info (now I know: support@andels.net), so I wrote a review here on Trustpilot. The next morning (!) my wife got contacted by andels.net - they offered for a technician to come by the next day (!) and have a closer look at the issue. They fixed it on the spot. Really happy about it - thank you!

Very pleasant, helpful and customer oriented service

I can only give my highest reccommendations to Andelsnet and only had a very pleasant experience with it. Cheap and good quality internet, fast installation and extremely pleasant and helpful customer support, that would always go an extra mile to help you out.
