The worst bank ever

The worst bank ever. They do not care about their customers. They are scammers.
I had money coming and I was seeing them like “available” and use them, and after 2 days they made bill for me, like I used their money and go in minus and I need to pay for them now, but I used my money, which was available. And they did not want comment this situation, just sending me bills to pay
I sent them messages to explain me why this happened, but did not get answer, just new gebyr and account fees and blocked my card after 2 weeks

We had a very positive experience with…

We had a very positive experience with this bank. The whole process was handled in a professional, clear, and well-organized way from start to finish.
The specialists we worked with were not only highly competent, but also very friendly, supportive, and easy to communicate with. We always felt well informed and confident throughout the process.
It was a real pleasure working with such great people, and we truly appreciate their help and dedication.
We would 100% recommend this bank to friends and anyone planning to buy a home.

Almost made buying a house look easy! Casper is the BEST

We have been so lucky to be able to use Andelskassen and the guidance of Casper Laugesen for our change of bank and house buying process.

Casper was there from day one for us, so quick to email us, schedule google meetings, and explain all of the steps in choosing our house loan.

We have enjoyed how the very stressful process of buying a house was made to feel easier, knowing that we had a great banker on our side helping us to understand all of the aspects of our budget, loan, and bank change.

Casper has also been great help to us considering that all of the paperwork and processes have been in Danish, and he was easily able to explain all of the terms in ways that we can understand and feel safe with.

Anyone buying a house would be lucky to have Casper and the Andelskassen team on their side!

Very happy about Andelskassen

We have been using Andelskassen for the last three- four years and we are absolutely satisfied with the bank. We switched from Danske Bank when we were buying our first apartment in Copenhagen and never have been more happy. Andelskassen has given us the attention and service like other banks haven’t. They are offering a personal approach - we have been personally invited to events, they even gave us a gift for our baby girl when she was born, they are offering us a Christmas tree every year for Christmas - all these extra nice things that makes you feel special as a customer. We have also done refinancing of our loans and saved a lot. We are very happy with our bank.

Hidden fees on share trading

I bought shares in London through NetBank and when I want to sell them it is not possible as they took them off NetBank and they tell me to pay a minimum of 500 DKR for them to sell them on top of all the other charges they have for selling.
I have been a customer for 25 years which will now come to an end as the customer service I have appreciated all these years vanished last two years.

Love the experience with the bank…

Love the experience with the bank thanks to Jane Skouv Lapain - we always feel personal approach and huge interest in our questions. Jane is very knowledgeable advisor and we reach out to her regarding broad spectrum of banking products and always get professional support.

Bankloan - not following EU law

Hi i was in contact with andelskassen regarding a bankloan and apparently due to that im a swedish citizen, so part of EOS land and EU i could not get a bankloan with them. Even though i have been living in denmark since 2019 and working here. After checking EU law and EOS agreements this is not correct and goes against the law setup.

Even troubling is that the adviser stated she has been given the same information to more customers as well. So i guess you dont love up to EU law. No worries for me i already have the loan approved by another bank.

Login system on web bank on desktop only works half the time its so annoying and a waste of time.
