Beware of this agency
Beware of this agency! I’ve had the worst experience ever! Dishonest agent will give you false hope of getting the property to ensure deposit is put down ASAP.
Once they bag the deposit the the same agent becomes nasty and speaks to clients in a degrading manner. I have not felt so belittled in my life
What upsets me most is I explained my situation of not having a guarantor etc before wasting my time to view property. Agent said don’t worry it’s not an issue and we will work around this. His attitude changed very quickly once payment went through
I only managed to get my holding deposit back after threatening to take to trading standards. Save yourself grief and avoid these scammers!!! Even one star is being generous!
This review is based on the male agent I dealt with. The female on the phone was lovely and helpful. This is a genuine honest encounter. I always leave positive reviews on trust pilot however unfortunately this needs to be addressed to save others!
