Issue with guitar having an abysmal set up. However they offered a solution. Andertons are decent at getting back to you with issues.

Guitar arrived in pristine condition…
Guitar arrived in pristine condition within a few days of sorting out import duties but unfortunately had some issues with the wiring harness. My local shop was able to get everything sorted for about $10 (fixed a few solder joints). Setup on the guitar was phenomenal. Despite a massive difference in time zones Anderton's support was very responsive. This has been a great experience.

The best 
Andertons Music are quick and efficient and check the guitars set up before they shipped out to the customer which is excellent idea. Not many guitar shops seem to do this and it’s essential with a musical instrument 10 out of 10. This means playability is as it should be one of the best in the United Kingdom .
