Given incorrect information
I just received a light I ordered some months ago, I specifically asked whether the light would have a UK plug on it as I noticed the company was based in Denmark. I was assured it would have. It doesn’t. I am now trying to return it but I am not prepared to pay for postage. If you use a .co.uk website you really should supply goods with UK fittings
I have emailed andlight, I was told to buy an adaptor...which is apparently what I should have been sent....though this is not what I was told when I asked originally.......not what I expect to do with an expensive lamp and I know if I had bought it from Heals I would have had the correct UK plug fitting....

positives and negatives
I am writing this review with a heavy heart. My experience with AndLight has been quite a rollercoaster. I have positive and negative things to say and I think that sharing this would maybe help others.
About two months ago I ordered 3 lamps from Andlight.
The delivery and stock availability on the website was wrong, I later found out after randomly calling to ask when I would get my lamps. I was told that two of the lamps are there but the third one I would get in the beginning of December. I was also told that the two lamps are shipped *on the same day*. A week later I asked to call about why I don't have any shipping confirmation for the lamps and I was told they weren't shipped yet and will be soon. A week after I call again and they are still not shipped. The positive thing about this was the communication -- the staff is very nice and helpful, but I got a feeling that I can not trust their word. Some weeks later the items were shipped though and were in great condition. About the last lamp: I called a week ago to ask about the lamp and was told that in fact it will be only available in the end of January (not in december). Firstly, I do not expect of AndLight to update everyone buying a lamp about its delay, but hadn't I asked, I would have already stayed without a bedroom light for months. I asked to cancel the order and was told the money will be sent on the same day, which also did not happen but after about two weeks.
So over all -- very nice service, very nice lamps, the delays in products are not their fault as well, BUT somewhat unorganized and not so transparent.

Poorly described product
Whilst the product is described as a wall light it actually comes with a plug and switch. In order to use it as a wall light as per the photos, you need to cut off the switch and plug and feed the cable through the lamp, thus invalidating any warranty. It should either come with this option or be made very clear that it is not actually a wall light.

Not a serious company
I do not feel this company is very serious.
Poorly developed webpage, difficult to navigate and the search function is not good at all.
The delivery times are not correct at all so beware. 1-3 days basically means 4 weeks. When you contact them about it they got no other answer than "we're sorry" but they don't update the delivery times on the product so the next person ordering doesn't get fooled by them.
Nope. First and last time ordering.
