We were appointed Charlie Whitehead to value a building with David Chichester countersigning. Extreme undervaluation. Unsure if it is due to the lenders appetite, inexperience or simply a mistake. On all accounts its unacceptable.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Inexperienced surveyors, namely Charlie Whitehead. If you have the option of choosing a valuation company, avoid this one. Undervalued a property by 40%, contradicting the valuations of 4 other surveyors. Unfortunately in this instance Andrew Forbes were the company instructed for the banks underwriting and have made the deal void.
Try to avoid this company !! Just totally waste your time and money!! I spent £3200 for a valuation report. They sent a very junior level surveyor named Charlie Whitehead to value my Business Property, finally provided too many subjective non-senes without doing any further research , such as Planning Permission is in place , very easy to find it from local council just need 2 minutes, but on the report he didn’t even find it !! Absolutely such careless attitude without any sense of responsibility to their Client!! Why the company doesn’t even realise it and allow this kind of employee carrying out such important task !!
