I'm in love with this brand... the quality is fabulous, the prices are right. It always makes me smile whenever I get to place an order.

Had a delay in receiving my order to England but customer service were helpful, my order was delivered before we needed to investigate further. I have got to say I am delighted with my inferno Red Jock they are sexy comfortable to wear all day, superb quality fit and design love my AC undies

Although I want the undies that I order to show up immediately, Andrew Christian does a bang-up job of making sure I get them ASAP. Very efficient!

Hello I had nothing but a bad experience with this company in dealing with mailing processing I understand that I did check off a different box but I also said sent in several several several emails asking for help and it took a long time for somebody to finally get back to me about it and now it's been taking even longer now for me from understanding so I asked for a credit on my account my credit card that I used in good faith of your company and if not I understand and I will no longer purchase anything from you again so if you could please give me a credit on my credit card with this purchase that I just made in good faith and I will consider on purchasing more later on in the future

Blocked my account after a bad review which I placed due to appauling service. Now they have taken my subscription and I cannot even login to contact them. Used the old emails I had to try contact yet no one reaches out. Will raise a dispute to my bank!

I am part of the underwear of the month club. The last few pairs were neither attractive nor comfortable. It seems like you have new designers that are into "cute" designs and not things that are sophisticated. I am a man in my 50's, which I know is not your demographic, but I want to feel sexy and proud when I take off my clothes. In addition, the fits are all over the board. Something pairs of underwear are awesome and others are not sized correctly. Quality control has a lot to be desired. I am not sure how much longer I will continue buying from your company. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and have seen a vast difference in quality, fit and design. Just food for thought.

This product is quick and easy to use. I have influenced it to friends and ordered 2 more today.

I love AC and their designs. The quality is excellent. Sizing is always what it is advertised to be. The fit works best and their unique way is my favorite. Delivery is tops too, especially AC's reliance on UPS. I have been a customer of AC for years and never ever had any issues,
especially the types others have talked about. I'm a customer now for life and look forward to new designs in the future. I have always enjoyed my shopping experience with AC. Thank you AC for being a great source of underwear, swimwear and don't forget the toys!

I've shopped at online at Andrew Christian for years, and always enjoyed a pricey, yet a great service. Shopping from Europe, I understand that its the taxes and import fees that usually cost a fortune.

This time will probably be my last though. I ordered some goods for an event which never arrived 3 weeks after order (usually takes less than a week). The tracker had not been updated so I called UPS who advised me there was no package given to them. I then contacted AC to which a late reply advised me I would hear back ny end of business day... nothing.
Almost a week later I emailed again to let them know nothing had changed and I was still without a package and because the event I needed the goods for had passed I would have preferred a refund. I was told this wasn't possible as the goods were in my country which wasn't the case as UPS told me they hadn't been delivered or even given to them yet again at that stage. No label had been created and nothing was on the way.

Having told them this, I yet again got no reply. For European customers your services are very expensive. I've no problem paying these services if a service is delivered- but on this occasion it didn't only not deliver poor customer care and no products, but you also lied to a customer for the sake of not wanting to miss out on a sale. Very disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service !! Parcel never left their depot and they blamed everything on UPS. When asked to provide a screenshot of their tracking device they declined saying they are not allowed. When asked to re-send it they said they don't re-send abroad. The most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard!! This people just can't be bothered !!

Provided a refund less processing fee .. wait a minute - why shall I pay for your incompetence? Of course it wasn’t their fault either. This time they blamed it on PayPal. It takes 2 min to process a refund on PayPal. You just simply couldn’t be bothered.

Lies all over so no wonder your overall score is so low.

AVOID AT ANY COST !! SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT !!

Andrew Christian is a top notch online company. They make good stuff of which I have mainly their thongs.....many thongs. They are very comfortable and great quality. If I ever have an issue they are swift with a resolution that pleases. I hope they will start to make more bright coloured thongs. Again, I love Andrew Christian and will continue to buy much more.

Fast shipping, Good prices, Sexy clothes, and the customer service was fast and helpful

My first Customer Service experience was when I ordered items and forgot to apply the discount code to my order that was advertised on the website. I immediately realized my mistake after I hit the submit button.
I immediately emailed Customer Service asking if they could apply the code to my order, not realizing that my credit card had already been charged for the full price.
A Rep emailed me the next day advising they have issued a credit back to my credit card for the discount amount I was entitled to.
I was ecstatic!

My 2nd experience was when I received a text advertisement stating I could take advantage of a one day only 40% off with the special code.

Unfortunately, the code did not work so I didn’t place the order.

I emailed Customer Service and they responded back, being apologetic, and offered me a new code, now being 50% off.

I received my sexy item at a cheap price!

Reached out for an issue that I created by mistake and Chris Yoo (VP of Marketing) and Mark in Customer Service helped right away and investigated what I did wrong and fixed the error.

Have always loved the products and certainly appreciate customer service being top notch!

Kind of surprised to see so much negativity here. I’ve been buying direct from AC for 6 years now.

I order a lot online, try on for fit, color, comfort, and then return what I don’t want. Lately less has been fitting but that’s on me and not the company. AC has always been very easy to work with on their automated side but their direct customer support line is superb. Not only efficient but empathetic as to whatever your experience or concern may be.
Recently I placed an order that ended up at my old address and was returned to sender. It’s been crazy busy for me lately but it took about 6 weeks to figure out what happened and then maybe another month to call. The rep got me my refund, attempted to locate the exact same order, and failing that gave me a solid discount to place a new order.

That kind of service sticks with you as it wasn’t their fault it went to the wrong address.
Thanks for giving this guy a chance to feel sexy, naughty and within my budget AC!
