Estate Agents Andrew Granger in Loughborough. I had the absolute pleasure of the sales negotiator, Natalie Hart, who made the process an absolute breeze. Natalie was consistently chasing her clients and solicitors for updates on the chain and was always the first to report back to us. Natalie got the purchase through for us within a matter of weeks and we couldn't be more pleased with her. I would definitely recommend you selling with Andrew Granger estate agents and would definitely recommend you asking for Natalie Hart to deal with the matter.

Jade was absolutely amazing. She kept me in the loops with everything. I was due t move in 9n the Sarursay, due to time constraints I requesged to pick up the keys on Friday, Jade did everythjng in her power and made this happen.

My only constructive critism is that minor faults I had pointed out to the maintenance team were not addressed. This is in no part an issue on Jades capability.

I am writing to share our experience with Andrew Granger Letting Agents in Loughborough. My partner and I arranged a viewing of what appeared to be a delightful two-bedroom detached property in Oakham. The agent was punctual and amiable, which marked the only positive aspect of our interaction.

During the property tour, we were dismayed to find that the upstairs area was riddled with mould and unsuitable for human habitation. Even the agent acknowledged this issue, mentioning that although the lower floor had been painted and damp-proofed, they were informed by the landlord that similar work had been completed throughout the property. Clearly, this was not the case. This oversight indicates that the agency had not inspected the property before our visit, showcasing a lack of awareness about its actual condition.

To us, this lack of thoroughness appeared highly unprofessional. It seemed their priority was leasing the property rather than ensuring its livability. Our rating of 2 stars is solely for the courteous agent who guided us. As for the company, it's evident that they do not prioritise the well-being of their potential tenants. The agent herself expressed shock at the condition of the upstairs area, which begs the question: why was the property not assessed before inviting viewings? This experience proved to be a complete waste of our time.

Andrew Granger & Co managed the sale of the home of a late relative. Most estate agents receive bad press but the experience I had with AG&Co was anything but poor. They were utterly professional, respectful of the pace at which I wanted to proceed, gave expert advice and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale (even returning to the property to take photos on a more pleasant day and visiting the property to conduct tasks that I should have done but was at a distance). The sale was smooth and went through without any glitches. Natalie at AG&Co was proactive in seeking updates on the progress of the sale and provided me with such without my asking. I truly cannot fault this company and recommend them without any hesitation.

I was a tenant of Andrew Granger in Market Harbs for 6 years and i can honestly not fault them as estate agents. The entire team are super friendly and helpful, especially Jade, Alison and Dimple. Whenever I have had a question or issue the entire team got together to resolve and support.

The team are passionate about all their tenants making their rental a home, whilst also supporting their property landlords.

If I return back to Harbs, I would only ever use this agency for renting and buying.

They must be doing their job a the sellers agent but I found them to be helpful when viewings were arranged etc. but condescending and not working towards any flexibility at all after we put the offer in. As a buyer I’ve not had the best experience with them.
