While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. con tactics and bullying

They are well known for their con tactics and bullying behaviour.
After suffering their harassment and rude unprofessional luck of service for years, as “management company”, I finally decided to sell and free myself from them.
But they are now blackmailing me that if don’t pay them £1500 they won’t release the Management pack for the buyers.
They want £1500 for answering the LPE1 form (pre-sale enquiries)…
They are the worse I have ever seen!
Completely unethical fraudulent practices.

Rip off merchants

Carolyne and Andrew Hunt are rip off merchants parading themselves as reputable property agents. Google their Companies House reports and see for yourself how many times they dissolve businesses and open new ones. You should also read the Daily Mail report on Andrew Hunt and view the Facebook page called Collecting evidence against Andrew Hunt and Gatwick and Crawley Rooms Ltd. They advertise decent properties for rent and then give people the keys for dumps which aren't fit for habitation. They don't provide any paperwork and the word 'refund' is absent from their vocabulary. Intelligent individuals would recognise that poor reviews cost them a whole lot more than refunds.

Oh and please don’t bother to suggest I have the wrong company as you normally do in the face of a bad review... it’s pathetic.
