Recently bought a new Wingamm 610M Motorhome from Andrew James.
Like most new motorhomes there’s been a few minor issues, nothing of their doing just problems missed at the factory or with Fiat, but they quickly put a plan in place to resolve ASAP.
Can’t recommend them enough for their above and beyond customer service and aftermarket support.
After videos & many conversations with regards a Le Voyageur MH they have for sale we felt we had found our dream MH. Hence, we felt confident to make the journey down from Nottingham assured all was good & if anything not quite right it could be rectified. It took us a total of 12.5hrs door to door. We probably spent less than 30mins there. For £110,000 high end MH, nothing had been prepared for us. Sliding doors were broken & wouldn't slide inc the shower doors which were hanging off, the toilet was disgustingly filthy. When propping up the head of the bed we noted an odd sock & a plastic strip off the back of a panty liner/sanitary towel under the mattress. Mirrored doors starting to degrade around the edges due to non use in standing for months, the long mirror on a door terribly scratched. The wire shelf in the bathroom rusty with rusty nails. The shower plug hole paint worn off. When the blinds were closed in the living area there looked to be oil marks on them, the front blind was actually filthy on the paper around the push in handle. In all the dealers & MHs we have seen over 13yrs, owning 4 MHs in total this is the worst. Why would anyone trust them to put all this right? It should have been in a fit state to view in the first place. 12.5 hours we will never get back plus £100 wasted in diesel. It's salesmen like this that gives the good ones a bad name. We were totally sucked in. I had to write this review so others don't go through the same disappointment. It would appear the company concentrate on the sales of the smaller panel vans. They had offered to broker our current A class MH, never in a million years would I leave it with them.
