it has been over a month with no word from the seller about the progress of my order. i texted them three times over the course of two weeks with no response. took my money for nothing. don't bother shopping here, there are loads of other dupes that will actually send the product out within a week or two.

Her dupes for Zoologist are spot on, and I was blow away! I have the originals of both and even in a side by side, they are almost exactly the same. She is truly talented, and it is worth the wait (got my order in less than a month, but was ready and willing to wait however long she needed)

Hot take: People these days are too impatient. Waiting for a high quality product that is made to order really shouldn't be a big deal. Everyone has been so spoiled by instant products, that they've forgotten what craftsmanship and artistry are.

I ordered several samples since this was my first time as a customer. I waited and waited for my goodies and at the 5 week mark I had to hit up the owner via email & text to ask where my package was. She replied back to my text and my package was sent the next day. SMH!!!

I waited so long and was disappointed by all of my samples. I was not impressed my the quality at all and ended up selling them all on Mercari. I doubt that I will shop at this online store again. Sadly!

Terrible Customer service and shipping. I have ordered a few times from this company. Her products are great so the quality is there. My issue is that each time I ordered, I have to reach out about when my package will ship, and I never get a response. It eventually just appears. This latest time I ordered on 8/30. A shipping label was created on 9/15, however it still shows as the label was created, but not shipped yet. Her website used to say she would ship 8 days after order was placed and now see that is gone from the website. I understand it is a small business, but she needs to hire some people if she can not handle the customer load. I would say there is absolutely no customer service at all. It's really disappointing because she makes great products, but I have been completely turned off by her running of the business. For that reason I would not recommend. so 5/5 for product, 0/5 for customer service and shipping times. I guess if you are ok ordering and having a window of 2 weeks to 6 months for the product to arrive then go for it.

This company is amazing. Not only for the fragrances, but their mission and customer service. People fail to realize this is a one-man-show. The customer service number sends you directly to the owner/operator and she is ALWAYS more than willing to help (and responds very quickly). Seriously could not recommend this company more. May be even my new favorite place to buy fragrances. I will keep on coming back!!!

It took longer than expected to arrive, but after I texted her, it made it here in two days. The fragrance itself smells exactly like the original. I truly cannot tell the difference. AND, it has more longevity than the original fragrance. HIGHLY impressed!

Shipping/Packaging- 1⭐:
First issue, bottle arrived and some product has already leaked out and was soaking the bubble wrap that it was wrapped in. so im alreadyt missing a about 1/4 of the product that I paid for. this is very unfortunate as I had only seen 1 review claiming some product had leaked so I wasn't worried about this, but ended up happening to me as well

Smell overall- 4⭐
In terms of smell.very strong alcohol opening. not sure if i just need to let it macerate or what. i dont get any of the strawberry or peach or caramel that i get with la capitale on the opening. i have a sample of it on my right hand and andromedas on my left. In the dry down for la capitale i get both the vanilla and strawberry notes with a hint of leather. in andromedas im mostly just smelling the leather with a tiny hint of something else fruity, but the leather is overpowering it. I will let it sit and see how it does as it dries further. as ithas been sitting on my skin for 10 minutes now the smells are a lot closer probably like 85-90%. im still having the issue though that the leather smell is a bit overpowering as compared to the real deal. but overall much closer in the dry down which is great!

Customer service and shipping- 1⭐:
My biggest issue was the lack of communication and shipping. originally purchased the fragrance a month and 1 day ago. the processing time was supposed to be 7 days, but i gave her grace since i know she is one person. however after almost 4 weeks reached out via email and heard nothing. I then reached out over text and got a response that said that the package would be shipped next day. GREAT! well another few days goes by and i receive no tracking info. I then have to reach out twice in order to get a response. I had to mention that I would be filing a dispute with my bank if my package was not sent soon. Her response was that she had shipped my package out with another large shipment so she wasnt sure what was going on. She said that she would send another package overnight so that I would get it faster. ***** This would mean I should be receiving two packages since she claimed she had already sent one and was going to send ANOTHER overnight**** she also claimed she hadnt been checking her messages since her mother was in the hospital. Not sure if that is true, but if it is okay. However she did not reach out to let any buyers know this was the case or I would have given her more grace. I have so far only received one package; which means she hadnt sent out the first package after promising to do so through text. I had to personally reach out myself just to get a package sent that I had purchased through her which is crazy. I really love the idea of supporting small businesses but if this is how the customer service is normally going to be then I cannot see myself repurchasing. I also heard some people had received some free sample for waiting as long as I had but I did not receive any.

OVERALL THOUGHTS:
I could definitely see myself repurchasing other fragrances if she gets the shipping down as i believe this fragrance just may need time to macerate as some other arab fragrances i buy do as they make them on a case by case basis while larger companies give them time to sit and mature. The price is great for the amount of product you are getting, but the business practices are just not good and there is the chance your bottle may leak like mine. For people that say it’s a scam. It’s not. She just has terrible communication

ALWAYS REACH OUT THROUGH TEXT NOT EMAIL SHE DOESNT RESPOND TO EMAILS APPARENTLY

i sent an email and a text 1 day apart and she only responded to the text. The issue is again, I had to threaten to file a dispute with my bank just to get the product sent. So it’s almost like she’s just getting the products out whenever she feel like it.

The fragrances are spot on and top notch. However she needs to hire help because it took 20 plus days for her to ship my order and I had to text and email her.

Wow sorry, but I had an excellent customer service experience - year and a half ago! Maybe her company has gotten too big for just her and she’ll get some help? But she is a REAL business! I got one special order made and she sent me three samples . It took about two weeks. If you order at holidays etc it also may take longer ( she gives warnings about delivery times on her page.
She’s def not a fake just a one woman biz.
She makes dupes of certain perfumes. And she does a pretty good job.

I have to let this be a lesson to me to ALWAYS read reviews before committing to buy something. I understand that this is a small business and a team of 1, but the customer service could use a serious improvement. I should not have to threaten a refund in order to get my order that I PAID money for. No one should have to get to the point where they decide they’d rather have a refund simply for shipping issues. I can also understand this business may have had previous scams where someone received the item and pretends that they didn’t, but that does not mean that everyone is that way. If you’re someone who is looking into buying from Andromeda’s Moon, just be prepared that you may have to wait for a long time to get your order and wait a long time for ANY tracking information or any response from the owner.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and received no response or product. Scam!

Ordered some perfumes from this company and paid about a100$ . The order was made at the beginning of March and it is now end of June (!) NO PACKAGE NO NOTHING. Tried to contact them several times and sent at least 5 emails but NO REPLY WHATSOEVER.
STAY AWAY! A BIG SCAM

My experience mirrors that of Sara's. It's been 2 months with no product or any word at all from the company since my order was paid for and confirmed. I purchased through PayPal, so, fortunately, I will be receiving a refund. Andromeda’s Moon is either a total scam or else they are completely irreverent and cavalier when it comes to customer service. Either way, avoid.

I am writing this review to protect people from going through the same experience I have had with this supposed, Indie perfume house. I believe they are a scam and what is crazy about this is - I heard about them from a few fragrance reviewers on Youtube! When I ordered some products from them (6 weeks ago) they had a disclaimer on their website that it would take 2-4 weeks for processing - which is understandable - this is a small company, they say everything is made to order? And this was the beginning of December, so I knew they might be backed-up because of Christmas. Still, after 21 days - I just reached out with an email to their 'customer service' to inquire an estimated date for when my items might ship...Then a week later, at 4 weeks, I wrote a 2nd e-mail stating that I understand they are busy etc. but people would feel better about purchasing from their company if they provided some feedback and communication. Simply saying: We are sorry for the delay - please give us another 5-7 business days etc. We value your patronage and are working as fast as we can...And last maybe say - we will have your order out NO later than (such and such date) and then provide a follow up e-mail, of course, saying - your order has shipped. But, after the 2nd e-mail...Still no word. It does not appear as though my order has been processed or my items have shipped - you can track them through ROUTE. But, they dang sure took my money as soon as I placed the order 6 weeks ago! So, I would NOT recommend them for inspired fragrances (dupes) which is what they do - There are many, many 'dupe' fragrance houses I have ordered from with stellar customer service, fast shipping and low prices - Some of these include: Dua Fragrances, Julianna's Perfumes, Alexandria Fragrances and of course Dossier...So, save yourself the headache and heartache and stay away from Andromeda's Moon!
