Don’t use
They installed an air con unit badly 6 months ago. It is now not working, I have made contact with Matthew several times to resolve with no joy.
My last conversation with him was to tell him I had got someone else in and would like to discuss the fact that the unit was not the size he quoted me and there are several faults with the installation, he then denied knowing me, shouted and became extremely rude and hung up on me.
Very unprofessional and would definitely NEVER recommend

If you can contact us then I will certainly look into this for you, if we have installed something different to what we quoted then we happily replace this for free.

Cowboys. Poor installation and impossible customer service. Extremely unreliable. They sent a teenager who made mistakes everywhere. Damaged floor tiles, underfloor heating, didn’t install condensation pumps properly, had wiring issues and extremely difficult to deal with. They ignore calls and emails. The owner Matthew Morgan has other companies with the same issues. Simply cowboys who try to intimidate rather than resolve their short comings. I’ve even had their subcontractors calling me because they weren’t paid by the company.
I had to raise a Section 75 claim to recover my money. This company is a joke.
