DISGUSTING SERVICE< PRODUCT & VALUE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
The following is my email complaint about my wedding dress purchased from them and their reply after they ignored my 1st email for 3 weeks. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!
To whom it may concern
The dress I have been sent is totally incorrect in its measurements, even though I sent exact measurements, its at least 15 cm,s out in the back so the zip only goes up to my waist and no where near up to the middle of my back and the stitching is all wavy and not straight. I have had to take it to 4 different seamstress's, some who have simply said it cant be repaired and one who is willing to try, but it will cost me at least $500!! 3 times more than the dress originally cost
Your site said it would arrive by November 11th and it arrived nearly 3 weeks earlier than that.
I would have preferred to wait a little later and have it arrive made properly. Instead it appears that someone has taken a quick look at my measurements and simply grabbed one of the rack that looked close enough and sent that instead. I'm appalled, as this was my 2nd attempt at ordering a wedding dress on line. I will be writing extremely bad feed back if I do not receive a response back from your company within 48 hours.

Thanks for your pictures, but we are very sorry for the problems, the dress looks beautiful from the whole, can you just keep it and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding
But if you are still unsatisfied with the dress, we will offer you 5% dress price refund plus a discount code of future orders
