Purchased a blue sapphire engagement…
Purchased a blue sapphire engagement ring, being a man I got the wrong size and they resized it with no problems whatsoever. On purchasing the ring which was for my girlfriend’s birthday, which also happens to be 3 days before Christmas, the service from Jane was absolutely amazing. The ring was despatched and arrived in plenty of time , which was pretty good considering the crazy time of year.
As for the ring itself, my good lady was delighted, so that’s the main thing.

After payment you are given a precise date of arrival or the item you have bought and certainly in my case it all went like clockwork.
