Our trust in them costed us a lot of money and stress

This is not only to review Sally and Angels Nursing and Babysitting Agency but also to warn others to not trust this agency. Trusting Sally and this agency costed us a lot of money, as well as mental and emotional stress.
We reached to Sally about 7 months ago as we were planning our trip to Pollenca, Palma de Mallorca in order to organise a carer for my husband. Sally was responsive to our messages and she assured us that we are safely in their books until the end. Since the care was organised we moved forward and booked the hotel, flight and equipment we needed and some of them were non refundable.
About 8 weeks before our trip, beginning of April I got in touch with Sally, and again she responded on the same day saying she organised our care with Paula and she will be in touch with us. Since we have not heard back from any Paula for two weeks, I got in touch with Sally and she told us that unfortunately Paula’s mother-in-law is terminally ill and she needed to go and care for her. She also said she have found for us two other “angels”, Diane and Helen and they will get in touch with us. Since again we have not heard back from any Diane or Helen, beginning of May, I wrote to Sally saying that this start to worry us. She called us the same day saying that both Diane and Hellen had emergencies and needed to care for others that are with cancer or terminally ill. These were all carers from Pollenca, so we offered if it was easier to find a carer in the South of Mallorca, we are even willing to change the hotel and location of our trip, just not to lose the non-refundable flight tickets we have bought.
She assured us that if we can do that then yes, it will be easy for her to find us a carer for Playa or Palma Nova. We ended up that call by she saying the first thing next morning she will send us details where to look for a hotel. That was the last time we heard from Sally. Its been three weeks with no contact from Sally.
Of course, we missed this opportunity to travel to Palma de Mallorca, trusting this agency that is completely unreliable. We also lost a lot of money due to flight tickets and a deposit to the equipment company, but in the same time we are grateful that we did not went all the way there and face a now show carer scenario.
