I called them out 3 times about my bins…

I called them out 3 times about my bins and they are so lazy they showed no interest and and simply ignored my requests. If ever an award was to be given for the most incompetent, most laziest, most couldn't care less attitude, most rudest, most stupid, most liars, then Angus council would win it hands down.

Staff are abusive

Staff are abusive, they are discriminating against disabled people. They refuse to empty people’s bins. They don’t fix repairs. They are awful and we want the SNP back as the administration in charge not the tories! Another 1 star to the horrible Angus council!! Get them out!!

Helpful staff at the Monifieth Library

I attended the Monifieth library where a lovely lady helped me so willingly and so pleasantly to process my bus pass today. And later today my husband with his.
The staff at this library have impeccable manners and are respectful to all who are patrons.
Such a pleasure to visit this Angus establishment. Thank you to the staff.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Lack of Response to Emails

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the Council Tax Department's failure to respond to the numerous emails (what I will attached screen shots under this email) I have sent regarding A tax Bill what I don’t agree to be charged Double I live in Property half of the time and my workers use when they in Arbroath i just been there 2 weeks and will return after Christmas . Despite my repeated efforts to contact your office spoke with someone over the phone back in August or told me better email for a better reaponse guess what no response , I have not received any acknowledgment or response, which I find both unprofessional and unacceptable now I have a court warrant summary at my main address I been contacting you since July without one email been send to me I will be contacting a solicitor and will take this case further as this causing me distress and finance problems.

The following is a summary of my attempts to communicate:

22/10/24 email explain the situation pictures of the property the damage one 74A and 74 C furniture ( No reply to this )

26/10/24: fallow up email stating I am waiting for a response (No reply to this )

07/11/24 I get a email From a different email

07/11/24 I reply to this same email not to hear a thing again

09/12/24 I received a letter at my main address council tax summary warrant for 74C Brechin Road for a total of £1435.50

These emails were sent to I have to remove the emails as they won’t allow me to post this here and were marked as successfully delivered. I have also checked my spam folder to ensure I have not missed any replies.

The lack of response has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as the matter I have been trying to address remains unresolved and getting worst . I kindly request that this issue be treated with urgency and that someone from your department contacts me within 7 working days to provide an explanation and address my concerns.

As a taxpayer, I expect a reasonable standard of service and prompt communication from your department. Failing to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint further.

Now I have to update the details for 74 C as tenancy agreement I had in place for 74C finish due to company closure and I am the person Liable for payment from 15th November 2024

I look forward to your prompt response and an Updated tax bills as per requested

Yours faithfully,

Working on neighbour's property.

Working on neighbour's property.
We incurred some issues which impacted on our property but when we tried to discuss our concerns with him this individual was not in anyway interested. On one attempt to speak to him he turned
his back and tried to ignore me. Following day as I attempted to move my car to make his access easier he was rude and aggresive.
We also encountered him brawling with his son in the middle of the street. Totally unproffesional. Would suggest people avoid this thug.
Reporting him to trading standards.

Trusted Trader waste of time

Trusted Trader! Angus reputable traders! Trading standards! complaints process! shambles, not interested, not helpful. Engage a trader under the scheme, get ripped off, they do nothing, tell you to take legal action.
Wasted a year doing what they asked, time lines, other quotes, photos, etc then they do nothing, say they cannot help.
Wrote the the Chief Executive of Angus took months to get a reply, saying passed to communications!! investigate and do nothing.
Don't bother trusting trusted traders at Angus, final insult is they would not accept a review of the trader, the reason, the trader did not like it!!

Seem more interested in the fee from the trader than consumers.

Angus council push people to sucide

Angus council push people to sucide. I offer instalment £50 per month for council tax because I cannot afford more due coronavirus and universal credit and they refuse straight away because "we want more" and send case in 48h to sheriff officers. After I send comments they ask me to remove post . Shame Angus council.
