Please I beg you not to take your…

Please I beg you not to take your beloved pets here. Especially Dr ( can’t name as they took down my review yet she is named here on other reviews. ). I took my dog,my absolute world to this vet Saturday night match 15 th and within 2 hours we were saying good bye to him.
This Dr was stone cold. She only seemed to care about $$ not about my dog that I put In her care. That I put all my trust in her. And all she gave was stone cold responses with prices attached. $3500-4000 for 12 hours care on oxygen. With a blood test , ultrasound. Which wasn’t done . He seemed to deteriorate so fast once he was In their care. Everytime she came back to the room to talk to us is was worse. I was absolutely distraught . Then she said the oxygen wasn’t working and he would need a ventilator ( which still might not of helped) and that was 6000 - 8000 a day. I said who can afford that… which she replied…. That’s why I don’t own pets…
I am absolutely broken. How dare you treat my boy with so little compassion.. i still can’t comprehend how all this happened. Its my worst nightmare…

I would never recommend this heartless place to anyone!!
And AES, please don’t respond with your heartless useless replies. .

Edit. To your reply.

You’re sorry?? What a slap in the face that word is to me. SORRY is not going to bring my boy back.
And you’ll reach out to me?? Like you did to all the other similar reviews to up to years ago… even one naming this same DR!! And what?? Obviously nothing has changed for the good. I put my trust in you and you failed me and you failed my boy. And I have to live with this pain knowing that I took him to the worst place. The neglect and coldness was disgusting. The pain you have caused is incomprehensible. I will be taking this further. My boy deserved better!!

We took our darling cat there hoping…

We took our darling cat there hoping she was going to be alright. The price started at $500-$600 to look into her condition, then it went to about $1500, then they wanted $2300 we paid for their help. We left our little girl there and went home then around midnight they called us to say she cannot be saved, and we made a appointment to go there at 6:30 in morning to have her put to sleep. The worst day in our life we are still shattered, all they can say is we don't know what is wrong but she is a very sick girl. $2300 and they cannot tell us anything, we did get a $400 refund to help with our grief. Since then 26/3/2025 we have heard from 4 other people annoyed with this place, demanding huge money with heart breaking results. This place is just a money taking business and needs a senate inquiry into the whole vet industry in this country. If it is to hard to fix they just want to put our pets down. I would like to believe the nurses and doctors have a heart but they answer to the owners of the business who are money driven. I will drive across town before going there again.
