The product was good but the shipping time is longer than what they advertise (even if you pay the higher amount).

They also say it takes between 1-3 business days for production and processing but they actually took 2 weeks before giving me a tracking number.

Have waited two months so far for an order, with no tracking to speak of. No communication either, outside of being told "to wait another two weeks" before contacting them (this was after waiting a month already). You can never get ahold of anyone, it's constantly "outside of operating hours". The website is crap, they're running the same "countdown" deal every damn day. Total Scam.

I ordered a Mouse Pad on January 13th 2026. It "shipped" on January 16th. After 3 weeks of no update I reach out to them, no response. Reach out again, no response. Package finally shows up on February 26th, it's not even a mouse pad. It's a credit card cover. Still no response from them. Reported fraud to CC company.

Ordered a mousepad 12/3/2025 as a xmas gift and it came in mid January. They sent the wrong mousepad. Took couple weeks of contacting them via email and chatbot on their site. Was told they will ship a replacement. Now its mis February and i contact them every day for status of replacement mouse and nothing.

Anime Town Creations is a scam, they will email you back and forth to say they will follow up and say nice thing just to circling you around. They never send me their holographic card skins I ordered. spent $118 USD, A**hole. Also their phone# DOES NOT work and no actual address in Australia. Big Red Flag.

Order never arrived now almost 5 moths

Bought a Demon Slayer metal poster from them August 7. Took a little over a month to arrive (Australia to Southeast US). It got here the day Infinity Castle movie released which I was excited about. The print looks amazing BUT the magnet mount that came with it doesn’t even stick to the poster. I think the print is made of aluminum (which I didn’t know beforehand)? I’m just wondering why they would send me a mount that doesn’t even work :/

Bought a credit card skin and metal poster AOT 17x11 inch. On purchase it immediately said shipped and no further progress for about 2 weeks. I chased them up and they were nice and said they will chase up the courier and be fully responsible. 2 weeks later that I asked where it was again, then they shipped another one which arrived within 1 week. The metal poster looks great from a distance. About 30cm meters away you will notice dots due to the resolution of the image.

I ordered from them on 7/23 and they shipped it on the 25th. I received tracking and the tracking shows nothing. I’ve check multiple times since it’s shipped and it still shows nothing. I still haven’t received anything and when I reach out to support I get nothing back. I’ve emailed all the emails they have and called the number they have and nothing. It’s a scam, they don’t sell any of the posters, maybe the card skins cause that’s simple stuff, but if you want a poster you’re wasting time and money. Don’t shop here, huge scam!!

This company is a scam my items shipped out on June 7 and the tracking they sent days later and it is still in Australia and today is the 24 of June so do the math they do not respond to emails do not waste your money or time on them

Ordered a $120 metal poster in February and 3 months later no update. Suspect this money has gone into the pockets of thieves/criminals

Terrible product quality, a scam

Ordered an Evangelion Samsung S23 case. The printing quality of the case was not as good as the one on picture, clearly not worth the value paid. The seller didn't want to refund the full money back too.

100% a scam company. Do not buy from here

the product never arrived and they sent a replacement that never arrived either. they refuse to refund me and keep saying theyll send out more replacements. now i cant get a chargeback on my card because its been too long of a time since the original transaction, but i was waiting on the replacements to arrive.

I purchased late one night as a gift, understanding it would take some time as website states 10-25+ business days. I got a little sketched out by how good it looked so stumbled upon these reviews and many Reddit forums. It was a PS5 JJK Gojo skin not a huge order so decided we shall see what happens. Despite not having purchased tracking, I got frequent updates along the journey and it arrived today! Opened it up expecting it to be low quality compared to the website but it looks just as good!

I received wrong item instead of what I bought.
I asked them for replace order or refund.
They replied me and apologized then said that they had already sent the replacement package - giving me the tracking number (but it was exactly the same number with the previous one and of course the state was “Delivered”.)
I let them know but no reply.
I patiently wait for a month, nothing received. I contacted again and asked refund, but they said “I will check Australia Post”.
And another a month I wait, I contacted them (David) again.
They just started to ignore me.
I received wrong item that I don’t want, they trick me to say it’s on the process but actually nothing happened even they didn’t refund.
They are not reliable, feel like they are scam.

Scam. Please beware. There’s a reason there’s no reviews on their website. I ordered partners Christmas presents early December - was told it would arrive the week before Christmas. This was not true (which I wasn’t too surprised and figured that’s okay wouldn’t be much after Christmas). After messaging and being ghosted and ignored - contact methods on their website lead to nowhere and are faced with no response, phone number doesn’t even work - I finally got a response saying my order was on the way. I received it today 10/01/25 and half my order is missing!!! I’m so upset, the quality of what I received is terrible and I’m missing the more expensive item. I’m messaged for a refund but I’m sure that will go nowhere and by the time they respond it’ll magically be too late for a refund. I’m going to report them as a scam and hopefully try to get my money back.

Wish I had looked up the reviews first before I ordered. I had ordered 2 custom made posters and 3 metal prints with the shadow mounting kits. I did not receive any of the mounting kits. I sent a message and Daniel, gave me a new order number and said they will be sending me the 3 shadow mounting kits. It has been a month now and I still haven’t received it. I tried tracking it on their website but it didn’t work. I tried messaging them FOUR times and was ghosted by them. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! Like everyone said, this website is a SCAM.
