This company is terrible and is bound to go out of business. Their Dealer account website only provides me with prices 20% of the time and most of the time it crashes or has some never ending technical issue. You can not create a quote. You can not print an invoice or statement. NO ONE WANT TO HELP YOU RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS relating to their dealer portal / website! Do yourself a favor and go to ADI or another distributor because you will only get yourself upset and waist time with this company.

I am a disabled senior.Left a message asking a simple question about getting an aid. Never heard a word back.If this is due to some unknown reason about me a standard fk off communique is just good manners.The only proof of this is my phones outgoing call log which I would be happy to show if someone tells me how.

This company keep denying me to buy Axis Cameras even I hold the company.

Terrible credit department! I bought some supplies on 3/21/24 and returned items never opened on 3/22/24. 11 days later and still no refund on my card. I emailed twice to which they do not reply so I called 3 times so far to which they state "we are working on it" This is not normal waiting that long for a credit. We put them on our last resort supply house. Shop ADI instead if you can. Customers should not have to beg for service.

Anixter since teaming up with Wesco has gone WAY down hill. David Jacobson is a greedy POS. I received 3 quotes from him and price of product rose from 3.78 to 38.00 per foot for a cable I requested. Each time was an "oh my bad I miss quoted" stay away from these guys not worth the headache or energy. Found the cable cheaper lol at marketprice at 2.78 per ft

Defiantly a supplier to avoid. By far the worst customer service and account management I've seen.
