Rude
There is a growing amount of reviews with regards the staff. Surely "Anna Davies" you should be able tell by now that your customer services is severely lacking. You have had more and more reviews about the staff's attitude and yet you have clearly chosen to do absolutely nothing. Except take great time to respond in a derogatory way to previous feedback. Your staff are rude, and have no problem with showing their intolerance towards customers who are an inconvenience to them. They follow you around like store detectives, they roll their eyes at customers, tut and sigh. Honestly shame on you for not treating customers with some respect. We were at the shop today and the staff made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Rude.
