I am here writing this review because it was because of the others reviews I gave opportunity to buy from Annas website!! Its not easy to find trustful and safe websites. BUT THIS ONE YOU CAN TRUST !! Anna is great, Awesome customer service, fast shipping, products are great and real !! I am so happy I found her, I am a loyal customer, I thank God I found someone so honest like she is. !

Ordering from an oversea company can sometimes result in shipping problems with carriers, I have had one order lost which she agreed to to cover, but when I thought I had another shipping problems I was told that she would no longer cover the lose. It's not acceptable for me to pay for an item that will not be covered for lost or other shipping problems. I think it's in my best interest to find another company for my cosmetic needs!

I’ve been buying my fillers from Anna for a few years now . The products are amazing never an issue . Anna is a doll , she is responsible reliable and always there when you need her for any inquires about your order or products . Quick shipping at competitive prices. Anna's Cosmetics is an excellent company. Must say, it took me some time to decide to buy or not to buy, but glad I gave them a chance: the products are authentic and come in the original manufacturer packaging.The temperature sensitive item was on ice pack. Anna's Cosmetics is a literal god-send for me! I have been using Anna's products for the past three years and I am 100% satisfied with her level of service, pricing, quality of products and overall professionalism. ALL of the products I have ordered have been 100% genuine and shipped in their original factory packaging (including all of the product documentation sealed inside of each product).

Anna also took the time to explain the differences between many of her products and has offered her vast knowledge in helping me choose the right products based on whatever I was hoping to achieve. Not only has she saved me a great deal of money with her highly-competitive pricing, but she also saved me from wasting money on products that would not achieve the results that I was looking for.

...Do your research and get educated! Remember that Anna is offering the exact same "solutions" that all of the highly-skilled plastic surgeons are offering out there, but YOU have to make sure you have the necessary knowledge and application skill to use them correctly! ...I have learned a great deal about "application techniques" over the past three years and there is a learning curve.

Lastly, I am not a company shill nor am I involved with Anna's Cosmetics in any way other than being a customer. I am just a +50 year old guy who didn't like what I saw in the mirror, and Anna's Cosmetics has allowed me to now like what I see. ...That in itself speaks volumes!

I’ve been buying from Anna’s Cosmetics for the last three years and it always has been a great experience: fast acknowledgement of my orders, immediate shipping and speedy delivery, fantastic quality products and even additional useful supplies. Cannot fault Anna’s excellent work or wish for anything better!

This Anna's cosmetics should be shut down!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy anything from this site!! I lost $200 because of an expired, old product that was faulty when trying to use. VERY VERY RUDE response when asked for help in rectifying the situation with a comment of "I'm a bother and don't contact me again".....really!!! I'm an esthetics nurse, gave my credentials (which I should not have). ...Put in complaint to the consumer alliance to help with getting money back and this horrible so called business never responded!!! Talk about crazy service!!! So if you want defective, out of date product then go for it!!!

"I feel sorry for you. Nobody probably loves you and that what makes you this angry woman.

Anyway, I don’t care about you: you are a nonsense, a nuisance and a lier. Get a life and become and nicer person is my advice"
