I ordered a Shapeware garment to go under a formal gown and when it arrived, it was too small. I couldn’t even pull it up over my hips. I asked them how to return it and followed every instruction. They gave months later after my event occurred, I get a brand new garment the same that I had purchased in the mail. I was very clear that I did not want an exchange that the garment was too small and I’m moving on and just want my refund but they sent me a new one and when I wrote them to ask why didn’t get a refund and why I have this garment. They told me that there were signs of heavy wear and it was wrinkled. I couldn’t even get it on my body. There is no way it was worn by me. And it was wrinkled because they have it packaged bold up in a plastic bag also not my problem. If they continue to refuse to give me my money back, I will call my bank because it’s fraudulent to keep it as I followed their refund and exchange policy to the tea and never ever wore the garment.

Ann Chery worked for me and reduced my waistline by a few inches. However, it would be lovely if the manufacturers can put an inbuilt gel pad on the bone area to prevent it from rubbing on the bone area, as it's quite painful and discomforting. Whenever I wear it, I have to wear a vest underneath the waist trainer and pad it under with some tissue because it rubs on my upper ribs. The metal bone also started poking out of the fabric and hurting me after wearing it for only 3 - 4 months. I have a mark on my waistline where the metal bone bruised my skin.
