We have just reviewed your claim and we shipped your order on the very next working day (you ordered friday 29th march) we shipped tuesday 2 april (monday was bank holiday). unfortunately royal mail can have delays, which is out of our control. But we do have a priority courier shipping method, we would definitely recommend this for future orders with deadlines.

I ordered the Oud shampoo and conditioner and it was delivered promptly. I normally use a salon shampoo (Joico) from where I have my hair done: cut and coloured quite frequently. I must say that using a sulphate-free shampoo has done wonders for my hair already. It feels healthier, thicker and softer. I can’t say that I’m losing less hair (yet) but I am perimenopausal! Having said that, my hair does seem to have more volume and smells absolutely divine! I would definitely recommend using it - give it a try and see what you think.

You placed an order on the 11th of may at 13:06 and we shipped both your products out the next day 12th of may which you would of received a confirmation email at 10:21
They then tried to deliver on the 16th at 10:17 but you were not in
