The underwear is great quality and last for years. Its the only place I buy from as the fit is spot on and comfortable too.
I always buy sets and you can choose from different bottoms, I would say though to order this smaller than you are.

The products do seem expensive against todays trend for cheap foreign imports but the difference is so clear. Beautiful complete lingerie set, that fits everywhere.

Rude staff
Went to the Waverley (Edinburgh) store, picked out a few items to try. Went to the changing room with my partner, there were no signs and no staff so we went it to try some clothes - he was assisting me as I am self-conscious. Few minutes later an employee (Liv) came and rudely asked us one of us to leave and assumed it was my partner that needed to leave, then gave a dirty look to him as he left politely. There was no signs or anything against this, even if this is a rule it should be polite especially in this intimate environment where a lot of people are feeling awkward enough. Afterwards, when we were paying I got asked if I wanted a bag by the same employee, I answered yes and didn't get given one..

Disappointed
Please for the love of god never order online for ann summers you will never ever get your parcel. My parcel was lost twice and i’ve been waiting for over two weeks and will never get my order. I’ve reached out to customer service many times as well as Evri and no one can actually tell me when my parcel will come. I spent £50 on overpriced toys and am utterly disappointed to never try them out. Please consider using any other courier service because Evri is absolutely horrific.

They sent me the wrong item then…
They sent me the wrong item then refused to refund my postage costs (after promising they would refund) as apparently "we cannot process a refund for postage as the order was successfully delivered". No tf it wasnt successfully delivered as I was sent the WRONG ITEM!! I am now out of pocket. Why should I have to cover postage when I didnt get what I paid for!!
