They worked for me. I placed the order on the website and hit the submit button twice. I immediately got an email asking if I wanted two orders. I said no and they cancelled one order. I got an email saying the order has been placed. Three days later they sent an email saying the order has been shipped and I got the order two days ago. So it took a total of 10 days.
