I've worked for them for a couple of years and while at first they paid me now they have not honored the request I made to be paid in december 2011 and it is now March 2012. They have not explained to me what the problem is or when they will be paying me in fact despite contacting their customer service several times I've gotten no response at all to this issue. I'd mark them down as a scam. The first time they didn't pay they claimed it was a software error and paid me right away - this time NOTHING and they are just profiting off all my work without compensating me. I'm at the platinum level so you know the customers appreciate my hard work for them.
At this point I feel the company has become a scam. Certainly they quality of the experts is very poor in the area I worked in and you can get answers that are absolutely crazily wrong made by people who don't even speak or rather write English very well. I worked hard to provide solid good answers for people on that site and to keep the bad experts from harming customers with horrible answers and expected them to be honest with me and pay me.
From an expert's point of view I'd say stay away from them.

This company promises that if you do not get a satisfactory answer then they will give you a full refund.
I posted a question on there site on the 12/05/2011 and on the 25/05/2011 i sent an email requesting a full refund as i had not had a reply from their so say experts.

I received a reply to my email asking if i wanted to leave the posting for longer or do i still want a refund or a credit to the account.

I replied that i wish for a full refund to my paypal account and have had no correspondence since, even after sending them several emails asking for my refund.

This company takes your money up front and promises a refund if you have had no reply or no satisfactory reply.

I am still waiting for my refund hence why i am writing this review.
