I've ordered about 6-7 screens from ya'll. Every time was a perfect experience. Turnaround was 3-5 days tops.
This last time the screen took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
I'll most likely order in the future, but a clear "could take 2 weeks" would have been helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I apologize this shipment took longer than your previous orders. We relocated to the Midwest in May of 2024 and did our best to communicate this to all our customers by including flyers in all outgoing shipments and emailing newsletters before the move.
This order was placed on a weekend and shipped out the following Tuesday, which is typical with our Pre-Burned Screens. However, it looks like time in transit was a bit on the longer side due to a federal holiday (MLK Day). We do offer expedited shipping options if you ever need items delivered in a pinch. Thank you again for the order!
