I can not praise the team at Anthony Quirk Canvey Island enough, although not directly working for us (they were dealing with our purchase), Lenny and the team couldn't do enough for us when we needed advice and answers. Through a very frustrating time towards the end of the move (due to further along the chain) they always answered my messages and questions in a very quick time and always kept me informed.

At times I felt if it wasn't for them that part of the exchange would not have gone through when it did.

Thank you do much for making the process so simple and always being there when needed. Nothing is ever an issue for the team

I cannot fault the service we have received from Anthony Quirk. Lenny was excellent. She was always available and very supportive. She went above and beyond to assist us in the process of purchasing a bungalow.

So happy with the service provided by all at Anthony quirk, myself and my partner have especially Ashton, Lenny and Chris to thank for helping us to try and find the perfect property, nothing was ever to much and we was constantly updated and sent new properties that were being added to the market. Very friendly estate agents making everything feel so much easier and stress free.

Brought a property through Anthony Quirk and Co recently, we dealt with a few agents during the process. A what’s app group was set up to message any concerns or questions which is a great idea for communication during the process. A special thank you to Lenny, nothing was too much trouble, Lenny put our minds at ease and kept us updated, without doubt the friendliest estate agent, if only they were all like Lenny!!

I had Anthony quirk & co do my recent sale of my bungalow & they made everything straight forward, and kept everything easier with a WhatsApp group and also with updates via phone call / email

Definitely recommend & would only use them for any sale on the island in the future.

All the team at Anthony Quirk are fabulous , they have always gone above and beyond to help us, this is the second time I have had dealings with them in regards to the purchase of a property and wish all estate agents had the customer service ethic that AQ do. The purchase this time was not as simple as we had all hoped (reasons totally out of AQ's control) yet the team went above and beyond. Special shout to Lenny who is always on hand and so patient and friendly . I will always recommend AQ and will always be thankful for their time and understanding throughout the process!

I sold my property and then bought my next property with AQ. I cannot fault the service at all, there was always someone to answer questions, it felt like working with friends! I would especially like to thank Ashton and Emma who for me, personally, where just so helpful and lovely, that being said, the whole team were amazing and went above and beyond during the whole process, which wasn't straight forward. I will be recommending them whole heartedly in the future.

Excellent service provided. Haven’t sold a or bought a property in 30yrs. Staff very helpful explaining everything to us. Really handy having the WhatsApp group which when used was answered promptly and so polite and friendly.

Then we met Lennie one day in the office and what a lovely lady she is. Great couple together. All the other team are great too. Emma , Zoe and Ashton. Well what can I say about the team at AQ, I was very unsure about selling my house and very unsure about the process involved. Chris and Emma came round to do a valuation and it’s strange to say they made me feel welcome in my own home. They had the measurements done in speedy time and sat us down for an informal conversation they was there for about 20 minutes and in that time they answered all questions and told us everything we needed to know. With that said off they went and the very next morning we had 5 viewings booked in for that week, the first couple to come round Louis had shown around he was full of professionalism and knew what he was talking about he was quick to answer any catchy questions and again remained respectful to it still being our home which we still very much loved. The first couple had left and they placed an offer well above the asking price and i genuinely believe this was down to Louis and the team for how much they stressed the quality of the house for the asking price.

Team AQ made the whole process so easy and comforting and always acted quickly and professional it was the added personal touches what did it for us, you can clearly see for these guys it’s not just a job it’s not just about selling houses but they have a genuine care for the clients involved.

Quirk & Co worked tirelessly to help our young family find our perfect forever home, as first time buyers we were unaware of everything but quirks made the process so easy for us, they kept us informed at every step, they kept in touch almost daily using WhatsApp and the MIO app. A great team who keep family value at heart! Fantastic experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect property.

From start to finish when i first met up with Chris i found the whole team very professional, great pictures were taken and good value for money . Thank you to Emma who we dealt with most of the time and she seemed so happy and enthusiastic on the phone, to be fair anytime we contacted anyone from the team or they contacted us nothing was ever a problem . Will definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed.

We used Anthony Quirks to sell my mothers bungalow, from start to finish was seamless and the property marketed well, a special thanks to Emma and Zoe who continually kept us up to speed with viewings and feedback whilst the property was on the market.

I couldn’t recommend the better estate agents! Emma has been my rock and will continue to be we haven’t had the most easy experience at all but Emma has been there when ever I message her whatever the time is or a call away when I need her! We are waiting for our sale to go though and I know they will continue to support me! The best ever xx
