Chris, Shannon and the whole team have been totally amazing throughout the whole process and made us feel at ease each step of the way. They never failed to remind us that this is our home, and we are in control with their experience and expertise as guide and support to us, which has been totally priceless.

They dealt with us like normal, down to earth people and didn’t try to take over, control or sway our decisions with anything we were uncomfortable with or not 100% happy with.

I purchased a property through Anthony Quirk. So I wasn’t technically a client of theirs, but they always treated me as one.
They provided so much information and guidance up front when I put my offer in, and then throughout the whole process they were always there. They replied to messages late at night, they never missed a call or text from me. They really went above a beyond.
The completion day had big delays, but within an hour of me advising them they had sorted it.
It was an emotional move for me and they honestly made it way easier.

It was a Park Homes sale and they took over the complete issue so I didn't need a separate solicitor at all This was not an easy nor straightforward process yet handled brilliantly with very little stress for myself. Great family run business where they treat you like an individual and not a number. The team work together like a team should do, ultimately giving the seller and buyer a first class service. As an estate agent myself I would use them if I was in their catchment area for sure.
