Purchased a beautiful ring for my partner, who had visited the store and had nothing but good things to say about Sam the owner. She said he was very friendly, helpful and most of all trustworthy in helping her choose the right ring.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sam and the amazing experience I received finding my dream unique yellow sapphire engagement ring at the Antique Ring Boutique. Firstly, Sam has an excellent and unique collection of rings at really affordable prices - there is something for everyone's budget. Secondly, his communication was second to none - responding immediately on WhatsApp to provide photos and videos of the ring and following up to arrange a visit to his showroom. Finally, meeting Sam at his naturally lit showroom really sealed the deal for me - his office/showroom is a really calming and comfortable space and he had the ring ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I have been highly disappointed by other antique jewellers (and I have been to many!) some who didn't even have a requested ring available to view at my appointment but that did lead me to finding my perfect ring with Sam so all worth it. Sam also arranged to have another ring of mine resized, with the resizing cost covered by Sam with a charitable donation made on my behalf - you won't find service like it anywhere else I can assure you!

For us, hunting for the perfect, quite specific engagement ring was a bit of a rocky road and in the end he had the right one all along. Even so, he patiently supported us throughout the soul-searching process, providing valuable insights and alternatives.

He went to great lengths to provide a gemological certificate that did not require a resetting of the stone (sacrilege in an antique ring and risky) and fully understood our need for reassurance after a previous bad experience with another company (also starting with Antique ...) that sold us a ring with a synthetic stone that had been advertised and confidently recommended as a genuine one despite querying it. Only our insistance on a gemological certificate saved us!

With Sam, no such insisting is required, he provides this vital reassurance and valuation as a matter of course and takes justified professional pride in the veracity of his assessments.

We are bound to remain in contact as this has been such a delightful experience, so much more than a mere business transaction, adding to the meaning of the ring. I would like to add that I researched and contacted quite a few other businesses in the search for the perfect engagement ring and Sam surpassed them all by far both regarding the quality of his offerings and first class customer service, including his terrific website and quality of photographs. He knows his stuff and you can trust him. In a league of his own.
