Buyer beware! Antonia Saint NY no longer offers returns or exchanges for any reason. I’m often between sizes, and purchased a size 6.5 and 7 to be safe.

Having read previous reviews, I didn’t think twice about the return policy. When I went to start a return for the size 7, I saw their updated policy for the first time. Now I’m stuck paying for both pairs :/

2 pair of shoes in I was not impressed with customer service.But now, she has worked diligently and has it under control. I now own 8 pair and getting another. They are very comfortable, I wear them 12 hrs plus on hard flooring, including concrete. They are so easy to wear, they are durable but so dang pretty. 1 thing I would like to see, wide size in all the styles. I can get a sister size to accommodate my feet, but the 2 pair I have in wide are absolutely dreamy. The neg reviews come from the start up with this company,, yes I was one. I was part of the original Kickstarter and I understand that process - it took a while and I got 2 pairs of heels out of it. The second pair I received was amazing, the cushion and the fit. I managed to misplace one of the shoes in between moving in 2024. I went to the site to buy a new pair this year, when I received them I tried them on and they were sooooo tight but I thought they’ll loosen up, the fit was good-I have small feet and it’s hard to find heels that don’t pop off my feet. The padding on these new ones are non-existent! They were not comfortable to wear at all. Normally I can wear my older ones all day and the cushion allowed me to do that. This new “slim” version is literally like a piece of paper and it keep popping out of the shoe when I take them off. I’m so disappointed, I had such high hopes for this company…I feel like I can get better cushion from Target heels.

This is a very late review but none the less I wanted to share this so others know what they are getting into.

I purchased a pair of pumps from them as part of their kickstarter. That is always a gamble. I have average B width feet and usually not a lot of issues with shoe fit. I wanted to try their pumps as I wanted a pair of pumps that I could wear for work and the custom built padding sounded like a grrat idea.

It took a long time for me to get the pumps finally Apr 2018 (maybe about 18 months or more). This is after the whole detail meaurement process per their instructions on their app. The pair of pumps material felt like galvanized plastic and not leather and the whoke heel part was plastic with non slip plastic soles. They were padded inside but the back of the heels just did not fit properly. Entire shoes were heavy and as I walked the heels of the pumps will drop from my feet while the extra padding inside the pointy toe box squished my toes. I wrote back and returned them as instructed. It would be another year in Apr 2019 before I receive a replacement pair after re-measuring my feet. New pair is once again padded everywhere but soon as I put them on they were painful - rubbing my toes in all the wrong way and even as I tried them on inside the house I knew these eould never work outside on the pavement without giving me huge blisters on my toes.

At this point I could not get a refund and they only offer credits towards next purchase (that was clearly stated in their policy). I knew I would not purchase anything from them again. The responses throughout with the company were slow but they did respond back then. A lot of kickstarters were like that. The product was disappointing especially since it felt like they were doing a lot to try to do made to measure almost.

I am surprised they are still around coming up with new models - that means there are women out there where the shoes worked for them. For the price they charge now and the quality of the product and the gamble you have to take it is not worth it given refund is not possible as the padding are part of the shoes.

Ordered heels in wide width, fit more like standard width. Tried to exchange for wider but nothing in stock. Emailed back and forth asking when wider widths in any style would be in stock since I needed black heels but customer service would only say “wider widths made on demand” even though it’s an option on the website and wouldn’t recommend different style I could try. I had to pay $13 to return shoes even though I couldn’t exchange because of a lack of inventory. I ordered the Victoria heel in wide in 2023 and they fit perfect, they discontinued Victoria heel and the closest style to it was more narrow and felt cheaper. Waste of money and time!

Edit: In response to the reply below, I had already emailed back-and-forth with your customer service 11 times trying to resolve this. So no, I do not want to connect further. I paid the return shipping last week and returned the shoes. I wrote this review to save other potential customers time and money.

Edit 5 May 2025: Shoes were confirmed received by Victoria Saint on 25 April 2025, they still have not refunded any of my money. It’s still “processing.” $292 for one pair of shoes that did not fit, I had to pay return shipping for, and they’re still holding onto my money for nothing. Seems punitive at this point.

Edit 6 May 2025. Seriously, everyone should just avoid this company. They just emailed me a gift card to use at their store instead of refunding my money, despite all of the emails with their customer service and my email yesterday.

Love their shoes! I’m already buying my second pair. They’re super comfy, and the customer service was really helpful. My order came quickly and was exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely recommend!

Horrible customer service, shoe never shipped, they don’t find order, then once they find order they say it’s on a 8-10 week back order, the story changes every email they send. No shoes, just lies.

Terrible customer service - I'm fighting to get a refund. I ordered a pair of shoes; standard stock and return eligible. They didn't fit, sent them back, and have a return confirmation. After two weeks, I still didn't get a refund and contacted customer service. They tried to get cute and issue a store credit. I said no; I clearly stated I wanted a refund. I'm still waiting for it to be processed. Mistreating customers is a bad business model - no one has time for this nonsense. I order shoes online all the time and this is the only company that I have ever had a problem with.

Making one final update because this has gotten insane. I feel borderline harassed by the Antonia Saint NY team. Apparently in very fine print on the email it did say pre-order, but this was not the case at check-out nor on the website and I would have never ordered shoes I needed immediately for pre-order. Upon ordering they didn't send an email to give any updates. They didn't address this. Only once I reached out confused they had not arrived did I get the response. I have been accused of making it hard for them because they were 'making the shoes' but also now they have inventory -- so it seems illogical to be upset with me that I canceled when now they can sell them to someone and that person won't have to wait months.

They have gone to extreme measure to get me to remove this, even coming back and offering a free pair of shoes. It's really insane. They want this review removed so badly that the last email said they will have the CEO call me. Which makes me feel concern that they are having others remove reviews.

I ordered shoes on 11/1 and only one pair was said to be on backorder. No problem, it's one pair. I reached out a week later when I didn't have any confirmation of shipment. They told me all 3 pairs were on back order. Hundreds of dollars on shoes... They said they couldn't issue a refund because of the 10% discount -- which is not inline with their stated policy online (only 40% off and final sales are non-refundable). After several back and forth emails the shoes are still not ready and won't even arrive for the events I intended them for. They also said I could only get an exchange not a refund, again, against their own online policy. I will be reporting them further and if they do not refund I will pursue legal options. ASNYY9908

I made certain that I did not select discounted shoes because I wanted the options for return and refund. They now seem to have discounted the shoe (but my purchase receipt doesn't show such a discount). I believe they are doing this to hold on to money and not refund. It's absolutely absurd.

Since I posted this, they finally refunded me. However, they also emailed me and offered me $100 credit to their store to remove this post... I will not be spending my money there ever again.

I also bought Inez shoes and their service has been amazing. One pair the heel broke and they both refunded me and sent me a new pair of shoes - not questions.

Ordered a few pairs of shoes for work and was really impressed with them! I have to wear heels at work and hated the "comfortable" options on the market. Antonia Saints shoes were still elegant and stylish, but with the comfort I needed! It feels like a cushion around your foot, even after wearing them the whole day.

I've even thrown out my old unhygienic insole gel pads because I don't need them anymore! The shoes are comfy enough

As soon as I posted my initial review below I received a response to assist me with my return. Antonia Saint reached out to me personally by email and phone to kindly resolve the matter and offered a generous credit on a future purchase.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. The shoes I ordered were uncomfortable and I returned them in unworn condition promptly. According to the tracking number they arrived back to them nearly 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any communication from the company or refund. I’ve emailed them twice and have received no response. The claim of “easy returns” gave me confidence to make this online purchase. This is a false claim. Disappointed by the shoes. But even more disappointed by the customer service.

Somehow they’ve created the unimaginable!! Beautiful Shoes! Incredible Comfort! Finally you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.
I’m so excited. I wore them all day and they felt amazing. I plan to order many more. This is my new go to brand!!

I’m going to update my review now that everything is settled. Shipping is fast but exchanges are a nightmare!!! It was almost 2 months from start to finish to get it worked out. Refunds are also slow. It did take me getting the BBB involved to get a quick resolution but we did finally get there. The concept of the company is great but they need MAJOR work on getting the kinks worked out. They also need to focus on returns/exchanges before new orders in my opinion.

It’s a total scam!!!!!! I ordered November 3rd, received the shoes within a week or so. They were way too big even though I reached out to them and was suggested a size. Sent back for an exchange and initially they were responsive, blamed a warehouse move, gave me a new ship date bc I need them for a wedding I’m in and NOTHING!!! We are past the new deadline and they have stopped responding to my emails. At this point I’m going to have my credit card refund me bc they have the shoes and the money and won’t respond anymore!!! HORRIBLE company!! 10/10 don’t recommend 🥴

I had an issue with some shoes and ended up leaving a negative review on trust pilot. Within minutes, I got a call from the company and they immediately offered to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. I'm actually really impressed with their fast response, integrity, and good customer service, they surprised me! Thank you for resolving the issue, I wish more companies were so responsive.

I recently discovered Antonia Saint heels. And the shoes have entirely transformed my shoe game. Just today, I wore my pair to work and then to an evening event, and I can honestly say I never felt I needed a break from my shoes. They really are comfortable. I purchased SweetHeart and Victoria.

So I am editing my review as they have gone above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I had a problem with one of my shoes scuffing after one time of wearing them. The leather basically was gouged which I was surprised happened. It took a while for customer service to reach out to me to resolve the issue, but the manager reached out to me, offered a full refund, and even waived the fee for not returning the shoes in the original box. I wish it didn’t have to come down to leaving a bad review at first as that typically isn’t my way of doing things. My honest opinion of the shoes is they are super comfortable. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and never thought I could wear heels again. But these are like walking on air and don’t bother my feet at all. Thank you ASNY for your help in resolving this issue for me. It is truly appreciated!
